If you want to visit the two dams and one gorge, you can choose a hotel within 3 kilometers. It only takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to the Three Gorges Visitor Center at around 7 o'clock in the morning. It is impossible to walk to the Three Gorges Visitor Center if you stay here. It takes 25 minutes to walk and 5-10 minutes to take a taxi. It doesn't make a difference if you live a little further away. Moreover, there is no breakfast, and it is not convenient to have breakfast nearby. You have to walk a long way. Forget it, don't come to stay.
