房間乾淨，民宿包括較大的客廳和臨江陽台，投屏，音響，可供多人娛樂，品茶之用。位處半山，俯瞰江景，左側可看見宜賓港，舸艦彌津，右側可見李莊古鎮，鱗次櫛比，華燈初上，遠可觀夕陽斜掛，兩岸蘆花，近可覽六街燈火，琉璃光射。民宿距離李莊約1.6公里，包括400米左右的山路，白天建議乘車出行，李莊古鎮大部分景點在五點後關門。黃昏時建議幾人餐後步行至李莊，吃點消暑甜點，而後觀看李莊夜晚的表演。李莊的生活，歷史文化氣息很濃，家長裏短，弦誦之聲，四度南渡之恨，一次北歸之喜，可坐酌泠水，也可詠懷古蹟。

我們五户人是帶着小朋友一起去住的，沒有想到第二天房東的家人來打掃衞生，進來罵我們的孩子説沒有素質，不知道老師是怎麼教的，原來是因為我們的垃圾太多了，我想請問，住宿不產生垃圾嗎？我們的垃圾都是用口袋裝好的，衹不過是堆得有點多，十多個人沒那麼多垃圾不是不正常嗎？真的很搞笑，態度極其惡劣，服務極其差勁，我不會選擇這裏，希望各位驢友也不要選擇這裏！怎麼著住宿是不允許產生垃圾是嗎？真的可笑！

房間很大臨江，乾淨整潔，5室，2層，每層都有大露台，特別適合觀江景賞夕陽。位置很好找，距離月亮田景區有一條捷徑，不用開車，步行大概10來分鐘就到了。我們9人入住，大家對環境、設施等都很滿意，下次來李莊還選這家。

房子的院子和風景非常好，但整套房屋的衞生間太少了吧，床品質量太一般，入住很不舒服，設施設備還是比較完善。煮飯要收費太荒謬了。
