The room is big and clean. The staff will greet you when they see you. There are many customers staying during holidays but the check-in process is very fast. It is not like what people complain about online. In short, I will recommend it to my friends.

I have never written a bad review, but this time the hotel is really too much! First, the actual room I stayed in did not match the pictures and texts I saw online! There were balcony windows online, but the actual room I stayed in was all sealed with floor-to-ceiling glass. Second, the room was extremely hot and stuffy, and the hotel also turned on the hot air circulation! When checking in at the front desk, I saw other customers also complaining that the room was too hot, but the hotel was unwilling to turn on the ventilation or cooling mode! Not to mention that the room I stayed in was sealed with floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was like a steamer and I couldn’t fall asleep! Third, the hotel has problems with service from the front desk to the duty manager, especially the duty manager’s attitude is extremely bad! The front desk said that the room was stuffy and asked me to open the door to sleep! The duty manager said that there were no other rooms to change, and if I didn’t want to stay, I could refund the money and stay in other hotels in the city! It was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and I was with my child. Not only did she have a bad attitude, but she also drove guests away. The whole thing took nearly an hour to deal with, and the duty manager said that I could change rooms, and the room was opposite the room I stayed in! As a result, when the staff knocked on the door and told me that the room was across the hotel, it was already past midnight, the child was asleep, and it was raining outside. I was afraid that the child would catch a cold if I went outside. In the end, I had no choice but to stay there and bear the heat for the child all night. I couldn't stand it! I was so unlucky to spend a thousand dollars to stay in this hotel!

This hotel has the beauty of Suzhou gardens. The ancient town of Lizhuang is beautiful both during the day and at night. You can take the sightseeing bus for free when staying at the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is very rich, and the 2.7-meter bed is super big and comfortable!

I accompanied my mother to take a walk and was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, environment and hygiene. The room was spacious and transparent, the hotel had its own garden, the breakfast was of high quality, the front desk service was very thoughtful, and there were unlimited use of scenic electric vehicles to the ancient town. The only drawback was that the room air conditioner only had heating mode, and the front desk said that the cooling mode had not been adjusted yet. The weather was very hot on the day we stayed, so we had to open the door for ventilation.
