入住前，前台會主動聯繫，詳細告知停車場位置:四號門入口，負二樓，停車位上方有酒店名字，車位很多，非常方便。大堂在14樓，停車場電梯直達，大堂備有礦泉水、茶水，隨意取用，建議每樓層電梯口備礦泉水，更方便。
酒店位於敍州區，樓下吃喝方便，比較有名的浮沫咖啡店就在樓下，打車去有名的三江口、冠英古街衹有幾公里，10分鐘左右。
房間超級大，小度控制，乾濕分離，智能馬桶，層高很高，提供一次性洗臉巾，床品舒服，建議兩個軟枕把其中一個換成硬枕，更可滿足不同客人需求。
早餐品種多樣，關鍵是每種都很美味。
所遇員工都很熱情。入住體驗很好，下次，依然會選擇。

酒店設施真的太絕了！房間裏的床品柔軟舒適，枕頭也是零壓配置，一高一低，完全配置合理，衞浴設施也很舒服，花灑洗起澡來超舒服。房間還有免費的一次性馬桶墊及洗臉巾。酒店整體環境優雅，裝修風格簡約大氣，空調也是給力滿滿，幾分鐘就熱了，公共區域的環境也超棒，大堂寬敞明亮，休息區佈置得温馨又舒適，還有圖書一角，免費借閲。衞生和早餐也很不錯，最滿意的還是服務非常專業的團隊，有問題馬上解決。

房間特別大，衞生間，沐浴間，洗手間全部分區，特別是沐浴間也特別大，在裏面給小孩洗澡很寬敞，房間裏全語音控制，吹風機洗浴用品都很不錯，早餐一直到10.30結束，可以睡懶覺，樓下吃的特別多，一圈都是夜宵燒烤。唯一一個缺點就是衞生間有點反臭，不過不妨礙我下次再入住，哈哈😊。退房時還有意外驚喜，酒店還準備了伴手禮，太暖心了。
