衞生基本上沒有打掃的，什麼東西都要自己拿，門鎖不好用，要按好久密碼才能打開，最後不能給開發票，開發票要加10個點，要不就去找手撕票，到最後也沒給我，找攜程客服給解決的服務更不用説了根本就沒有，房間小，要不是因為樓下有健身房，不會住這種地方。

這個打4分吧，環境一般，網上的照片感覺是美圖秀秀過的😂，房子在小區裡邊，進小區門也不是很方便，床墊也有點硬！

圖片是效果圖實際的比這個質感差太多了沒酒店舒服就是幾室幾廳的房子改的沒花什麼成本比酒店軟硬件差很多隔音也不行幾乎沒什麼可以好評的也不貴所以也不差評

環境很安靜，裏面設施也不錯，然後老闆很熱情很地道，投影儀也很流暢、而且價格便宜，住酒店的一半價格，很巴適。就是大家要注意停車問題。推薦去住！

設施不齊全，衞生還行，環境挨着宜賓水街，樓下買東西什麼的比較方便，就是設施像電子鎖這些比較老舊，開了幾次門才打開。
