衞生：房間很亂，給我們安排了另一間房。沒有及時打掃衞生。
設施：換的新房衞生間洗澡放東西的架子是爛的，佈局也有問題，牀頭櫃沒有充電的，沙發和衣櫃捱得很近。有冰箱和洗衣機。
環境：一般，衹是比較寬敞。
服務：在網上把辦理入住變得更加人性化和專業化會更好。

一個loft上下兩層分開打造成兩個房間，本人訂的房屬於一層。吵不吵全看樓上素質高低。現在民宿老闆些越來越會賺錢了👍👍👍老闆的電話要多打兩次才接得通。

本不想給差評，但我覺得很有必要把我的經歷告訴大家，避免被套路。5月10號入住該民宿，衞生很差，心想疫情三年民宿也不容易，下次不住就是。6月8日晚11點過到宜賓，在平台上定了同區域評價較高的智米民宿，通過平台留的手機聯繫商家無人接聽，到店後打電梯口留的座機才接通，加了智米工作人員微信發送訂單後説我訂的是歸谷的房，讓我入住歸谷，可是我訂的是智米的房啊，跟智米工作人員協商補差價説沒房了（明明其它平台顯示還有房），硬要我到歸谷去住，也不説退款，就這樣折騰我到凌晨一點過，實在沒辦法衹能在旁邊雲泊民宿重新訂了一間房。我懷疑這兩家店是同一個老闆，也不知道他們的好評怎麼來的。另外建議大家訂房時在其他平台多比較一下，同一間房有時攜程要貴幾十元，感覺攜程有點殺熟。

位置不錯，傍邊就是一個公園，大地坡公園。不遠處還有一個學校。
周邊用餐選擇比較豐富，很成熟。
有地下停車場。
