房間還挺大的，有衞生間，一套房子改的民宿，有落地窗，窗外就可以遠遠的看到三江之眼，房東態度挺好的，樓下吃的也很多。

糟糕透頂，位置極其難找，就是一家黑酒店，可能連營業執照都沒有的，沒有任何人服務，直接喊你去停車場找保安，其他都不管，上樓入户門和電梯門那塊的大門直接開着，老闆態度極差，房間裏面又沒水又沒網，洗漱用品都是發黴的，地點不好找，並且衞生間衹有一個，幾個房間共用一個衞生間，且衞生間的門都鎖不起來，房間隔音差，晚上能聽到樓下和你隔壁房間的聲音，為了考試訂一個離着近點的酒店，然後退房時間為下午13點，想説中午回來睡一下午覺收拾東西到點退房，老闆直接和我們説早上趕緊退，催人離開，不要耽誤他打掃衞生騰給下一個人來住，上趕着賺錢也不帶這樣的，服務態度簡直極其不好，安全性也得不到保障，避雷，避雷！大避雷！😡😡😡😡説的都是實話！！！

很難評的一家店，我們是凌晨一點到的，在攜程頁面的地址導航到地方的，到了發現電梯有梯控我們上不去，打電話給老闆，他們説自己人不在這裏，讓我去保安亭拿鑰匙，結果有2個保安亭，他們一直説1號門2號門，但我們看地圖寫的是南門，東南門之類的，電話溝通途中，一直説方言，又聽不太懂，我們問到底是南門還是東南門，他説不清楚，感覺自己都不熟悉，也不像別的店刷卡器直接掛在電梯裏，導致我們拿鑰匙前前後後跑了幾趟花費了快一個小時。
第二，被子是潮的，蓋在身上黏糊糊的，房間衹有一個牀頭櫃，另一邊放的一把椅子
第三，我們的電動牙刷忘記收了，中午退房走的，晚上打電話被告知已經被扔了，商家都沒發消息問一下。
大晚上，開了一千多公里車，精疲力盡的時候，遇到這些事，我真的太累了，不然我晚上直接退了換個酒店了，望各位三思而後行，看清楚了再定

一進門有種地漏臭的味道，給人一種不乾淨的感覺。其實衞生還好，可能就是剛進門那種臭味導致心裏障礙了。門有點兒壞了，也有種不安全的感覺

沒有單獨的衞生間，然後房子之間的間隔也蠻小，就是感覺一個大房子分成幾間來出租的那種，建議如果沒有男孩子陪着的姐妹不要單獨一個人去住，防止別人在門外開錯門了，很害怕的。

老闆特別好，為人和善，近龍頭山公園，出門對面全是吃的，窗外夜景是真的好看，很久沒有這麼靜靜的看過宜賓這麼美的夜景了。下次還訂這裏。
