The room environment is super bad. The smart toilet is also broken. I can't flush it even when I go to the toilet. It's very smelly. The sheets have holes in them and have been bitten by mice. The most terrible thing is that the sound insulation effect is not good. It's very noisy downstairs and the boss doesn't like it. They refused to resolve the issue and had a bad attitude. The boss asked her to transfer the fee to her via WeChat privately. I didn’t want to leave a review because the room reservation was duplicated and the boss didn’t respond and had to give me a real positive review.
