After opening Ctrip, I booked this hotel as the first one on the list. The price is reasonable, and it is really great after checking in. The comfort is very good, the mattress is comfortable to sleep on, the sheets, quilt covers, bath towels and towels can all feel that they are newly replaced, and the creases are still there, which feels very hygienic, so I feel very relieved to use it. The experience was very bad. The room I booked through Ctrip had old facilities, much like a 20- or 30-year-old small hotel. I could hear very loud noises in the room and couldn't sleep at all. The front desk clerk, when she saw that I booked through Ctrip, tried every means to get me to pay extra for a more expensive room. I told the front desk that the room was too noisy, and she said that since I booked through Ctrip, I could pay extra for another room. There was no comfortable accommodation experience at all. Everyone should avoid this pitfall quickly.
