這可能是遇到最困難的一次民宿入住。首先根本沒有什麼免費停車位，進了小區地下停車庫逛上好幾圈也很難找到空位，而進了黑窟窿懂的樓道要按房東預留訊息找到進户鑰匙更是無異於尋寶任務。都開民宿了，換一把密碼鎖有那麼難嗎？！
也可能是最倒黴的一次民宿入住體驗。半夜起來，竟然停電了！早上房東説居然是因為欠費停電！！！萬幸家裡老小沒有因為摸黑跌跌絆絆受傷 ，而一點沒有感受到房東的歉意。
再説回房屋本身。屋子面積還是比較大，多人入住有一定舒適感，當然這也是選擇它的主要原因。但是其本身缺陷是很明顯的，那麼大房子衹有一個衞生間很不方便；樓下是客運站還有火車輪船汽笛噪音很大，必須關上窗户能好點；廚房看起來不太乾淨影響觀瞻；提供的易耗品質地太低劣；床很硬，床墊的彈簧都已凸起了太膈人……
