Was an amazing stay, Front desk very polite and even had English speaking staff to assist me. Offered to help if l needed anything. The room was great and had a good view. Definitely staying here again.

This is wonderful hotel. I love it. The lobby is very big and cool, room is so big and quiet. Thanks for Carissa,I think she is very kindly and lovely. The breakfast is good, noodles looks very delicious. It is so good.

I rarely give negative reviews to the hotels I stay in. This time I really have to give a bad review. First of all, I just arrived at the hotel. There is no bellman in a five-star hotel. We were traveling in an RV, which was super high, and the waiter even directed us to go into the basement. Then I entered the room tired and exhausted after playing all day. After taking a shower and getting ready to sleep, I found a large blood stain on the quilt on the bed. I immediately called the front desk and asked the waiter to change it. When the waiter came in, he asked if it was the blood on our body. It was really speechless.

I have stayed in so many hotels, big and small! This was the first time I encountered such a lack of structure. The children wanted to drink water, so they called the front desk and told us that ordinary drinking water would be charged extra! Service awareness is too poor! Things that don't care about money themselves will lower the service pattern in one fell swoop! Needs to be improved
