第一晚沒有休息好就算了，第二天衞生間反味嚴重，沒有任何去味措施，阿姨換床單真的就衹是換了床單，衞生間垃圾不清掃，所有一次性用品都沒有給補齊，按説您也是個連鎖酒店，實在不理解為什麼這麼低級錯誤。一次性用品和浴巾需要那麼節省嘛。

非常不好的體驗，第一天晚上抵達酒店是因為10點多，出去吃晚飯再回來就快凌晨了，躺下睡覺總感覺不舒服。用手摸着都是小疙瘩，床單起球嚴重，嚴重影響睡眠，最後沒辦法是裹着被子睡的。第二天叫了前台，沒有任何錶示，衹是單純的説換床單，我要住兩晚的，即使不出問題是不是也要換呢。我下樓還特意問了店長在幹嘛，前台説出去了。這麼大的問題不應該讓店長給客人道個歉或者有其他彌補措施嗎結果就是什麼都沒有看到。

酒店的設施也太好了吧？真沒有想到這家店品質這麼高，好新，床墊好軟，睡覺睡得很舒服，房間衞生特別乾淨，酒店阿姨非常熱情，因為多帶了個小朋友，還讓阿姨多送了一雙拖鞋和牙刷，安排的房間正好在洗衣房的附近，順帶洗了下我穿了一週的臟衣服😄，酒店有專用的停車場，停車非常方便，酒店早餐還有當地最出名的燃麪。前台小妹還幫我介紹了周邊的景點和周邊好吃的地方，不説不知道，原來附近的景點那麼多，合江門的那個地球儀是真的很漂亮，寶子們來了這裏一定不要忘記去打卡，推薦入住這家酒店，真的不會讓你失望的。差點忘了，前台小妹推薦的那家燒烤店，特別好吃，贊贊贊😀😀😀

酒店環境真的超級舒服，智能語音客控，房間嶄新，床品不愧是大品牌的，就是舒服，乳膠枕頭，一覺睡到自然醒，早上早餐味道不錯，還有當地人喜歡的燃麪，現煮的麪真的好吃，前台服務沒的話説，一進門就招呼了，辦理入住很快，還熱情的告訴我周邊景點，酒店交通方便，有免費停車場。真的，來這家店就沒錯了
