一流酒店設施，一流服務水準。
酒店所有工作人員，不論是在大廳還是走廊電梯，見到客人都會善意的打招呼，遇到問題需要幫助有求必應。有兩個停車場，但多數人都愛停在迎送大廳。餐廳服務有序，有專人核准早餐券，食品種類繁多。
缺點是衞生間的捲紙質量較差。

這個五一假期出行最滿意的酒店，在宜賓市中心，萬達廣場，晚上去吃宵夜和吃飯都很方便，酒店是在電視台一棟樓，酒店門口的藍花楹特別漂亮，酒店房間很大，床睡着很舒服！

五一期間來宜賓遊玩 選擇了凱爾頓酒店 酒店環境服務都很不錯 經理楊女士也很親切周到 貼心安利周邊吃喝玩樂 酒店還送了保温茶杯 每日果盤 一個禮拜都住在這裏 性價比也高 很舒心 下次來宜賓還會選擇入住凱爾頓

應該算是宜賓最好的酒店之一，環境非常不錯，旁邊就是政府單位，攜程會員還給我免費升級了房型，就是要按金，居然不給收據或票據。

網上看了評價，有一些差評，糾結了半天，還是選擇了這裏！但是入住體驗真的非常不錯！
房間比較大，衞生乾淨！前台小姐姐服務超級好，推薦的吃的很不錯，看我們帶着孩子，還很貼心的做了房間升級！
酒店離合江碼頭等地方也比較近，出去玩也比較方便。周圍比較安靜，晚上一點也不吵鬧，適合我這種一有聲音就睡不着的人！

整體不錯，前台接待熱情，客房大姐態度也好，贈送的桔子很好吃。唯一不足的就是酒店的電梯，等待時間很長，房間的隔音效果不好，隔壁説話的聲音大都聽的很清楚。
