S Bamboo Hotel

The room was big, clean and quick to check in. Xiaojiao at the front desk checked us in very quickly, in just one minute. She also told us some small details of our stay, which were concise and clear, including where the restaurant was, where the parking lot was, etc. The detailed service was very good. I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. I found it by following the navigation. The room facilities are complete and very good. They all use projectors and the room area is super large. It's the first time I stayed in a room of nearly 50 square meters. The front desk lady was very polite and courteous. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel environment is very good. Compared with similar hotels nearby, the room area is large and the rooms have windows. The furniture is made of bamboo raw materials, and the overall decoration style is very beautiful. The front desk receptionist Xiaojiao checked in and checked out very quickly, with a good attitude and very professional. I will come again next time!

首先感謝店長，不過前台接待服務待提高。 ①提前預訂同時電話確認親子房的情況，結果到店被告知沒親子房，可以免費升級到LOFT房（其實所有網絡平台上LOFT房比親子房價格低，這個是降級不是什麼免費升級）。 ②經過協調還是有親子房，結果到房間發現是還未打掃的房間。（前台説是系統顯示已經打掃） ③和前台溝通換一個房間，結果還是降級為LOFT房，前台解釋説和親子房一樣，衹是小童被套那些臟了拿去洗了。又回到第一個問題，我為什麼花更多費用提前預訂定親子房。 ④吃早餐時聽到服務員在議論我訂房的情況以及一些個人意見，感覺很不舒服。不確認服務員的出發點，是説我太計較還是有其他保留意見。 我重來沒因為住宿發表過這麼多的評論。再次感謝店長提供的服務，本來想在平台投訴因為店長的原因改成在線評論。 備註：照片是進入8509房間拍照留存未打掃的情況。

一到前台，就感覺回到家一樣的親切。前台聽説我們是第一次到宜賓，店長就是熱情的給我們介紹各種美食和景點及攻略。酒店呢乾淨舒適且清新，早餐豐富美味，燃麪確實好吃！
