如果説硬件設施是酒店的骨架，那貼心服務就是它的靈魂。這次在雲墨酒店我真切地感受到了什麼是“靈魂級”的服務。
特別特別感謝前台小婷， 我們帶着孩子和很多行李，她不僅熱情地幫忙搬運，還詳細介紹了周邊的親子遊玩路線。第二天遊玩回來，孩子不小心劃破了手，小婷看到後立刻從前台拿來醫葯箱，熟練地幫忙消毒包紮，讓我們做家長的既感動又安心。
此外，客房大姐在打掃時，細心地把我們散落的充電線用綁帶整理好，這個小舉動真的太加分了！在這裏，每一位員工都像是在默默守護你的朋友。這種無微不至的關懷，讓我們全家的這次旅行變得格外美好。衷心感謝！
