Great location and amenities. Easy accessable. Clear communication with the owner. AC takes quite a lot of time to heat up the room, but despite that everything was perfect.

性價比非常高的酒店，距離西站很近。房間大布置小清新又乾淨，電器設備全部配置到位，很多小細節也為客人考慮到了。酒店屬於無人自助式酒店，所有入住退房都非常便捷。客服在線對接很及時，溝通愉快。

從下單到入住沒有主動打過電話給我 酒店房間也不好找 我自己找到房間了還得主動打電話問房間密碼 進去了之後一大股異味 而且房間根本就沒有平台上面顯示的面積那麼大 很小 非常小 我打電話問房東 房東説房產證上面就是這樣現實的 總之各種各樣意想不到的問題 非常鬧心

精緻屋地點在宜賓高鐵站步行10分鐘，但住宿樓下大堂外面沒有明顯指示牌，大堂沒開燈，更看不到裡面的字，加上鄰近有地盤，以致我們找了半小時才到達住宿。我們幸好有路人幫助，可代收手機信息，才能入住。建議裝設明顯指示牌，以及提供明確地址，例如xxx大廈／酒店旁。
住宿環境不錯，有廚房，鹽，洗衣機。乾淨衛生。

房間空氣很好，通風挺好的，讓我驚喜的是衞生特別不錯，不輸於很多星級酒店甚至更好。位置好找，房間還可以做飯，不過住的時間短，我們沒做。房東小姐姐很熱心，推薦的那家燒烤味道不錯，就是人多等的有點久。有機會再來

説真的，這家店特別特別出乎我意料的好。首先價格便宜，是普通農家樂的價格，卻有五星級的格調。房間格局設計風格很現代、藝術性強，遺憾的是我忘了拍照，光享受了。因為行程緊張，實在是沒住夠，下次來宜賓一定要首選這家。親子房裡的戰鬥機！歐耶✌️
