This hotel in Yibin is really great. Check-in was quick and they prepared small gifts and toiletries for the children. The lady Rose and the handsome boy Leo were enthusiastic and professional. The floor they arranged was very quiet and the room was comfortable and simple. The environment was very good. The laundry and gym were also free to use, which was really great. There were both Chinese and Western breakfasts, which were healthy and delicious. There was a scent of coffee in the lobby, which was really irresistible for a coffee lover. Great 👍

The environment, hygiene and service are quite good. Qiaoli and Bobo at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. It was 12 o'clock in the evening. Because I couldn't find where the wind was coming from, the front desk quickly arranged for staff to help me check. The result was the refrigerator fan, haha. The engineer Li Huawei provided good service and was familiar with the business. Thumbs up. The breakfast was great, especially the freshly ground coffee, fruit jade mushrooms, and small square cakes, which were very classy. The hot dishes were also suitable, taking into account the taste of customers like me who don't eat spicy food, not all spicy dishes.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Hotel during the Qingming Festival holiday, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The front desk service (Xiao Li and Xiao Yan) was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to upgrade my room type for free, which made the holiday more pleasant. When I checked in, I was also given a local specialty burning noodles, which was heartwarming and delicious. The hotel breakfast was even more sumptuous, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, freshly made egg rolls, and local snacks, which started a day full of vitality. Both the hardware facilities and soft services were satisfactory, and the quality was reflected in the details. This stay experience greatly improved my favorability towards the Crowne Plaza brand. The hotel housekeeper Lucy kept in touch before we checked in, and informed us in advance that we would be staying with children. She thoughtfully prepared toothbrushes and slippers for children, and sent us a travel guide to Yibin. I felt the enthusiasm and courtesy of the people of Yibin along the way. The hand-painted greeting cards were really heartwarming. I always choose Holiday Inn Express no matter which city I go to, but the experience of the Yibin branch is really the best, great!

This is a very good hotel, everything is almost brand new, and very well located with proximity to the high-speed railway station. We've had excellent services throughout, including restaurant and house-keeping staff. We'd like to commend the two young chaps 云森 and 时来 at the Front Desk. They went out of their way to help and accommodate customers. We've had an absolutely positive experience at the hotel and would definitely come back to stay the next time we're in Yibin.
