When checking in, the front desk did not mention the words, did not say whether to upgrade or not, did not say why not to upgrade, is it full, or is there a dispute with Ctrip? One of the favorite hotels in Yibin. During the rest time, I always like to experience the hotel. Every time I went to Lizhuang, I passed by Siyue, and I thought this hotel was so quiet. This time I finally had the opportunity to stay. It was a wonderful experience with a baby. I think it can be called the back garden of Yibin people, it is so beautiful. The air is fresh, sitting on the balcony at night, blowing the wind, listening to the sound of frogs, as if returning to childhood. The staff in this hotel are very lovely and the service is very attentive. Because I had a baby, the switchboard changed the room type. Vincy at the switchboard is like a personal butler, still recommending food to me at 10 o'clock in the evening, and my needs can always be effectively resolved in a short time. I hope to have the opportunity to experience a good weekend in the future. grateful!

Very new five-star hotel, clean and comfortable! We didn't need to change rooms at the hotel and told the front desk to help us move our luggage to the new room. Miss Peng Lin at the front desk and Comrade Xiaojie were very nice, let us feel the enthusiasm of Yibin friends, there are many foods around, and the location is convenient.

The service was very good and they helped us change to a river view room. However, the hardware facilities are relatively old, the carpets are patched, the windows cannot be locked, and other minor problems. There is a lonely parrot in the lobby, but the water given to it never seems to be enough. Every time I look at it, it is empty. There is also a little excrement in the food bowl. I hope your hotel can take good care of it.
