訂的是大床A，去了特意跟前台老太太説的，因為大床A和大床B區別就是有沒有空調，因為二三月份供暖不好，特意選擇一個帶空調的房間，不然晚上特別冷，我看沒有空調，就特意跟老太太説，我是大床A，怕晚上冷，她説冬天不讓用空調，屋子晚上也不冷，也沒給我換，根據多年的住宿經驗，果不其然，晚房間很冷，還有臭味，我想説，暫且不説晚上冷不冷，要是不讓用，你家訂單可以不標註空調，有空調的訂單，給沒有空調的房間，這樣做不對，可氣的是我跟前台老太太説了，也沒給我換，凍了我一夜，無良商家

房間設定和圖片不一樣，2022年開業，但是所有物品裝修都是老裝修，服務員反應慢，不在店內開發票，得等15分鐘，還給開錯了，耽誤我40多分鐘，從退房到收到發票一個小時過去了，建議大家不要預訂，房屋還很冷，洗手盆沒熱水，花灑和漏水。
