We had dinner here (local chicken soup + The Spanish mackerel/wild mushroom dumplings are amazing), one lunch (the rice is very fragrant). Because I stayed in a single room on the second floor this time, the experience was very good. I have always felt that the single rooms in youth hostels are more comfortable than hotels. It does not affect your rest and you can chat with friends in the public area! There are many old friends in Kunlun who come to have a meal. It’s really chilling to drink and eat snacks and chat after dinner. If you are driving, the boss will use a small electric donkey to deliver it to the entrance of the village, which is a must-have! btw The resident singer at the Kunlun Bistro next to it is really like Hackberry. Compared with the ones in the downtown area, it has more flavor🎵

The homestay was great, stayed for two days, in Guyuelou. The boss's family is warm and friendly, the children are very cute, and the boss's car is also picked up and delivered to Xidi Scenic Area, which is very convenient. Breakfast is tomato and egg noodles made by the boss with side dishes. The design and decoration of the whole homestay is very distinctive, the environment is very good, there is a small parking lot. There are several minor problems in the bathroom that can be improved: First, the bathroom door lock cannot be locked; second, the faucet is loose; third, one of the toilet lid connectors seems to be broken.

I have stayed in so many hotels, from B&Bs to star hotels. This is the first time I have to pay for the express delivery of forgotten items. We loved our stay at the Wangshan Panshui! Communication in English at the moment of booking was very efficient. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the train station and to drive us to Hongcun on our last day. The room we booked was really quiet and cozy. It was cold the night we arrived (understandable because we were the only guests at the hotel) but it got much more comfortable on the second day with the radiator heating on. The 2 owners are always available to help and meals (breakfast was included) are served in a restaurant nearby. All our meals were plentiful and packed with flavors. We didn't get to use the common spaces at the hotel because it was quite cold but we did spend some time in the gorgeous garden! We fully recommend!

I booked this homestay because I am a huge fan of huizhou style architecture and surely the place didn't disappoint me. The design of the homestay rooms gives one that feeling of antiquity. Takes you back to the Ming Dynasty if you are a Chinese history buff. Also,there is a nicely designed small restaurant at the location. The food was great. Additionally,I enjoyed my overall stay because the owner was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves idyllic antique designs.
