Service was amazing! Such kind and helpful staff! The train to hotel transfer was a life saver, and they were very responsive via WeChat message. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff helped chill our sparkling wine so we could enjoy it on the terrace 😍 So many little thoughtful gestures during our stay made us feel super well looked after! We will 100% be coming back. Thanks for everything! ❤️

I chose this hotel by accident. Although it's in the mountains and the shuttle bus happened to break down, and it was peak tourist season, so the room rate was a bit high, the overall environment was good. The room wasn't very large, but it was clean and compact. There was also a viewing terrace. When I opened the curtains, I was greeted by the mountain view and bamboo forest. It was refreshing! What touched me most was the thoughtful toiletries. Many hotels use plastic combs that prick my scalp, but I always bring my own. This time, the wooden comb was a pleasant surprise. The toothbrush wasn't disposable either. The owner was very thoughtful. Although I was startled by the alarm in the middle of the night, I have to comment on his thoughtfulness. The location of the B&B is great, nestled in the mountains. It feels really good, just the environment we wanted, but getting on and off the bus is a bit inconvenient! The staff, both the brothers and the sisters, were very nice. We brought our pets with us and they helped us look after them every day. They also helped us cut fruit. They were very patient and helped us solve any problems we encountered. It was a very comfortable stay. Both adults and children loved it here. I would go back if I had the chance.
