我們是淡季來的體驗特別好，大家都對這個房子很滿意～本來以為會是照騙但是房間圖片和實物圖完全一樣，三樓的太陽特別好（不過這個天氣有點冷）老闆也很好，設施很齊全，水很多還有洗衣機洗衣服很方便，吹風機有三個（牆裂好評如果下次有去還會選擇這裏（房間很乾凈，下樓的時候看了一眼別的房間在收拾也都蠻乾淨的樣子洗漱用品建議自帶我個人用不太習慣設施：無地暖有空調開暖風有點幹可以帶加濕器

房間大小適中，陽台外風景也不錯。不在景區內，但距離景區挺近的。老闆人很好，還到宏村客運站接送。會推薦朋友過來的！有個小插曲，退房拿行李時有個大爺（可能是店家父親）找我説我把水壺燒焦了，我是一頭霧水，畢竟我衹用水壺燒水，別的啥也沒幹，而且我燒的水都正常喝了。不過有個年輕點的男子（可能長者另一個兒子）跟我説沒事沒事讓我別在意，有點不是很開心，不過也可以理解長者，還有很感謝那個男子解圍。

設施：空調不能制熱，不管開多少度都自動暫停衞生：很一般，床前凳有頭髮，陽台的吊椅一坐就有白色的灰掉滿身，沙發臟臟的環境：房間在住宅區內，適合早起的人住，隔音不是太好，7點多左右樓下就開始吵了，睡不踏實，但是陽台風景蠻好的服務：服務很好，臨時決定出發的，訂房訂的很晚，態度特別好，給我們指路也很耐心詳細
