To be honest, the first time I gave a negative review, I didn't expect the check-in facilities to be so bad. It was almost evening when we arrived at Hongcun after climbing Huangshan Mountain. When we arrived at the B&B, I wanted to take a shower, only to find that it was a very small shower room. The water leaked very slowly. My husband and children did not dare to take a shower. There was no ventilation fan, and the bathroom smelled very strong. Old houses cannot be soundproofed at all. The air conditioner made a lot of noise when I slept at night. It was hot when it was turned off, and it was so noisy when it was turned on that I couldn't sleep. There was no one at the front desk for a long time, and the only way to find someone was to call, but the door was open, many people came in to visit, and there was no one to manage it. Later, I visited several other rooms and they were better than the one we booked. At least there was no problem with taking a shower, but the room price was cheaper. I didn't understand why. I also reported this to my boss, who just said that there were not enough manpower and could not hire anyone. He felt that he did not really want to do a B&B. For this reason, we originally planned to stay in Hongcun for 2 nights but could only leave one day early. We rushed to Huangshan City to find a hotel to check in, take a shower and wash clothes. I won’t dare to stay in a B&B next time.
