這次入住宏村桔子依舊感受到酒店設施設備還有服務人員到熱情好客，充分體現了華住桔子酒店到品質；當我們到酒店已經是晚上了，酒店到景區到班車已經停運，當前天毛毛經理得知後便開自家車送我們到景區。還有一次由於服務員誤解，酒店得知後非但致電表達了歉意，在我們離開酒店時還特意送上了禮品，無微不至的服務體現在各個方向，使得我們有了家外之家的情切感受，希望酒店越辦越好興旺發達。

再次來宏村，周邊新建了好多酒店，最後訂了新開的桔子酒店。酒店距離宏村 10 分鐘路程，酒店也有接駁車送到宏村門口。比起其它酒店勝在安靜（遠離景區停車場），出入方便。作為連鎖酒店，早餐也比較豐富，房間乾淨整潔有序，服務熱情周到。

首先要重點表揚免費接送宏村景區的服務！本來還擔心交通問題，沒想到酒店直接安排了專車接送，工作人員提前溝通好時間，準時等候，來回都省心又省力，對遊客也太友好了。而且服務態度真的沒話説，不管是前台辦理入住，還是諮詢遊玩問題，工作人員都耐心又熱情，有求必應，讓人倍感親切。
