We stayed here for two nights and it felt like visiting family :-)
The hosts were so heart-warming and caring and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We can totally recommend Shangsharuoshui Homestay and we will definitely come back.
The hotel is brand-new and beautifully designed. The room was well equipped and perfectly clean. All amenities were provided. For the second day we were asked about our wishes for breakfast. The hosts also organised a reliable and cheaper taxi to Huangshan North.
Location couldn't be better, very quiet and just 2 min walk to the moon pond.
Again, it's hard to imagine finding hosts which are more friendly and generous than at this place.
What a truly remarkable stay ❤️

Best accommodation here. The building is newly renovated and clean. The hospitality shown by the owner is really fantastic and I would highly recommend friends to visit this place. It’s away from the crowd near so near. We love this place.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The couple who run this place are incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with helping us navigate the various tourist attractions in the area, help us with the transportation and sharing extremely helpful tips.
Their hotel is super clean and the location is amazing. We had an exceptional experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who looks to stay in Hongcun.

This hotel is a gem in Hongcun. Just 1 minute away from the moon lake in the middle of the village. Is a brand new hotel with a nice garden and very modern room.
The service is perfect, helping us to book a taxi, to clean our clothes or picking us up from the taxi.

My stay at Shangshan Ruoshui Hotel this time was beyond my expectations🏨It's very close to the center of the scenic spot but very quiet. The boss and his wife were very kind and picked us up in a car. The weather was very hot and they turned on the air conditioning for us in advance. The room was simple and clean. I own a hotel. 🏨Their hygiene standards can reach 5️⃣🌟! The proprietress personally prepared breakfast for us🥣👍 and recommended delicious and inexpensive restaurants to us. She also prepared souvenirs when we left. Dad said if it snows, ask the landlady to call in advance. We will still stay here👏👏👏
