The location was excellent, with a good view of Nanhu. The hotel arranged for someone to pick up from the carpark. The room and the amenities of the room was excellent. The reception, who was supposed to be there, was not always there. Would have been helpful if they provided a wechat contact in case there is no one at the reception. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I read the reviews online and booked room 8801. What you see is what you get. South Lake is outside the window. The scenery is really good. It is only a 5-minute walk from the gate of the scenic spot. The room is relatively new and the facilities are complete and smart. There is a travel photography shop downstairs, which is also very convenient for sisters who want to take photos. The boss is also very nice. Highly recommended
