1000多元的酒店住的不少了，印象深刻的這家屈指可數。下暴雨酒店有專車接送、有毛巾烘乾器、馬桶是全自動的，民宿本事就是徽派建築，環境一流。牙刷都不是一次性的質量～老闆大氣。房間大一般有衞生死角，這家幾乎沒有。
服務：服務意識較強。

非常好的酒店 位置特別優越 就在西遞一進門，也是最熱鬧的地方。酒店服務非常的周到！酒店內部本身就是徽派建築的園景，很適合放慢節奏好好放鬆心情。

如果説給一個再來西遞的理由，那就是泊心雲舍。首先印象最深刻的就是這裏的服務，凡事總是想在遊客的前面無微不至，然後對於顧客的需求有求必應細節滿分；另外就是這裏的硬件設施和周邊的配套，院子的格局和佈置在這一帶還是特別雅緻的；雖是雨天，更添得了那份江南的詩情與畫質。酒店在景區裏面，開門就是燈光秀，雨後的傍晚逛下寧靜的古村，炊煙裊裊，店鋪老闆不慌不忙地收拾着門板開始打樣，溪邊的石凳坐着嘮嗑的長者和偶爾幾個閑情拍照的遊客。一切那麼恰到好處。

這是全程體驗很舒服的民宿。民宿位於西遞景區內，環境優美，民宿派車去黟縣東高鐵站進行了接站，很方便。
民宿內部設計融入當地特色，民宿本身就是景。房間設施可智能語音控制，且佈局很好，洗漱用品全是好品牌；
早餐也很精緻，尤其是在我們喜歡小窗邊上的桌上吃，開窗即看見外面的景色，感覺非常好；午餐或晚餐可以在民宿裏的泊心餚吃，味道很好，且廚師和點菜大姐都對黃山及當地風土人情極其熟悉，能當導遊了。
管家的服務也相當不錯，回覆及時，細緻。總體而言，兩晚的體驗非常不錯。

進入西遞繞不開的顯眼位置，鬧中取靜，庭院設計讓心能馬上安靜下來，靜靜感受徽州古村落的寫意。服務也非常棒，沒有多少行李也幫忙來接，自熱的禮貌，細緻的入住解説，希望下次再遇。

酒店的位置和環境都相當的好，景色很美。內部設施也很完善，洗護用品也都是大牌，放心使用。早餐也很豐富，味道也不錯，還有下午茶和想喝就可以自取的飲料。服務態度也很好，很熱情。酒店還提供了專屬定製的浴巾毛巾，拖鞋，都可以帶走的呦。
