酒店位置在燕都古城對面，河邊。停車場緊張，好在保安小夥認真安排。客房大姐態度不錯，餐廳大爺比較負責。客房面積比較大，但衞生條件一般，地面，洗漱枱麪，水龍頭開關把手等處均有較多污漬殘留，被罩與枕套懷疑未換，雖第二天要求更換，但也不令人滿意，磨損很重已破損，也依舊有不良痕跡。浴室門軸損壞報修後無人修理，存在安全隱患。房間較冷，得開整夜空調才行。早晨電視無信號，住了2天，基本上得快到7點了才能看。早餐品種可以滿足需要，中西菜品都有，不過像炒飯是涼的，有些該熱的菜品也不熱，第一天廚房大姐要求客人自己煎蛋，服務也冷淡，第二天廚房大爺服務好，給客人來煎蛋。總體感受並不太令人滿意！

入住首日贈送歡迎水果或點心
附近交通還可以，但是有個隱蔽的右轉燈，容易拍照扣分

半夜到酒店，員工在前台裏面的小床鋪上睡覺，顧客需要叫醒前台進行入住辦理。
上午房間內撥打前台電話沒人接，撥打客房服務電話沒人接，然後早餐9.15去的（9.30閉餐），麪條餛飩都沒了，反正總結而言睡覺可以，服務一點沒有。

因上一個住户入住時紗窗沒關，查房沒發現，導致我們一進去，發現很多飛蟲，套間衞生間，水池離床很近，洗手聲音大，影響孩子睡覺，離景區易水湖40分鐘車程

第一次入住喆啡酒店，易縣燕都古城店的這家喆啡酒店位置很好，窗外就能看到燕都古城的牌樓街，酒店臨街餐飲購物就在附近，且有酒店自己的停車位👍酒店房間很大，佈置的很温馨，乾淨整潔，設施用品齊全，服務員服務熱情周到，有問必答，是一次不錯的體驗👍

設施：設施還算可以。洗手枱沒有熱水，這個不太友好。而且，水龍頭開關的松的～
衞生：衞生還不錯，很乾凈。
環境：環境不錯，很安靜。位置不足的就是停車場很小，停車不太友好。
