三星級，設施、服務應有盡有。位置很好，去清西陵、博物館都比較方便。樓下就是易州菜館，味道不錯，環境也好。

設施：易縣縣城不大，未發現高檔酒店，這個“百益城”賓館，基本設施齊全，房價便宜。安靜安全。
衞生：好。走廊、房間，打掃整理都到位。
環境：易縣公交車不多，百益城在老城區邊緣。酒店有餐館。隔壁有小超市。
服務：還好。特別是前台小楊。我們老倆口想去清西陵。但是清西陵管理方規定，我們（70歲以上）可以免門票，但是不允許我們乘坐景區交通車。我們向小楊諮詢。小楊主動打電話給景區，得知景區確有限制老年人乘車的規定，她又幫我們找正規的出租車，使我們清西陵之行得以圓滿成功。

可以説是物美價廉，性價比很高。該酒店位於市中心，位置很好，早餐也不錯。雖然房間有點小，但這個價格已經很實惠了。百益城賓館二樓酒店味道好，價格便宜。

這個酒店商務出差還是不錯的，明面上標着是個三星。然後我們第一次去的標間覺得小，還給體貼的換了另一個標間，在開發票上也非常配合。在他們住宿，在他們酒店吃飯還給打了折。最後有一件衣服落在他們酒店了，他們也給快遞回去了。非常滿意。

房間特別臟，而且房間還有點小。另外，一共兩個充電樁都被佔著，也沒辦法充電，選酒店的時候是衝著有充電樁選的

房間非常老舊，破破爛爛，好像是二十多的老房子，打開門一股臭味，臭氣熏天的，地毯非常臟，住過最差的酒店！
