太超出預期了，今年新開業的民宿，設施堪比4.5 星級酒店，應有盡有。因為是淡季，老闆給升級了湖景房，露台正對着易水湖，夏天還有無邊泳池，景色非常棒。民宿裏有桌球室乒乓球室ktv 小孩子玩的淘氣堡等等，還有多巴胺小院超級適合一家人週末來度假。老闆人也特別好，本想買礦泉水，結果直接送了我們不少。特別滿意的一次休假，很清凈，沒有人擠人，周圍的流浪貓也都比較親人，是個民風淳樸的風水寶地。夏天還會再來的。

選中這個最主要的原因是因為新，周邊民宿不是太舊，就是評價説蚊蟲多、還鬧耗子。整體非常乾淨，有輕微的裝修味道，服務也算比較到位，地點很好與金龜碼頭一牆之隔，衹是周邊環境實在有點亂，景區也沒有規劃。
房間很整潔，就是裝修水準和質量不怎麼樣，新裝修的淋浴房的水居然能流到幹區。早晚餐也過於簡單。
整體來説頂多是500-600水平的住宿條件，不值現在的價格，現在去住，也就圖個設施新吧。
