1整個酒店衹有1個服務員，叫送張椅子，等了40分鐘，催了4次才送到。
2房間衞生間很擠
3間前馬路是沒修好的路
4衞生也不好。
5價格死貴，國慶期間500多一間。

酒店總體不錯，離易縣博物館很近，在一個安靜的別墅小區裏，有免費停車，但進小區要喊保安開門。過節，易縣的酒店普遍漲價，但這家的性價比還是很高的，值得推薦。房間面積不算大，各項設施都比較新，衞生也做得挺好。酒店一層還有易縣的各種非遺體驗、藝術展品和文創商品，適合小朋友。但也不是沒有槽點，房間裏熱水的水温太低了，幾乎就是比常温高一點點的體感，不知道是一直這樣，還是因為假期入住率高的緣故，建議改進。

房間寬敞舒適，布草床品有品質，裝修清爽雅緻，所有工作人員都很親切。最近門前修路，交通不太好，前台清晰指路，還贈送了品質不錯的早餐。離易縣博物館很近。後門停車方便，小區保安大叔也很友好。唯一不足是住的第二晚十點洗澡衹有涼水，不知道什麼原因。有收按金，退款很快。總的來説是節假日出行的性價比之選。

5.1假期來到易縣，特意挑了個名字顯得文化底藴很濃厚的酒店，心是火熱的，但是入住第二天，酒店晚上洗澡水是冰涼的。前台小妹也在積極解決問題，無奈酒店基礎設施就是跟不上，給找了間空房，還是涼水，最終沒洗上，承諾我第二天早上絕對能洗，***，補償由最初200元到免除當晚的房費為終。
