Potentially great place but unfortunately tired and not very well looked after. We have stayed in September 2023 for 10 days in this Gite. The place attracted us due to its location to discover this versatile area, its covered, heated pool and the possibility to charge our car. Not to mention the wifi, which should nowadays be a matter of course nor the comfort of a relaxation mattress as mentioned in several comments. Well, where should we start? Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t just holiday, so when you have to work and the internet connection cuts off at various times of the day is this not helpful. The mattress in our appartement was certainly NOT new and comfortable as in the other Gites apparently. A real shame when you stay longer than the average stay. Thankfully there was a sofa bed, so we could separate…Also that was from a limited comfort. The 3 possible charging points for electric cars are a disappointment, only one works. The lady who works here told us, that if you switch all three on, the fuse trips. Consequently, there is a problem, when the occupancy is high and several vehicles like to use this “new normal” amenity. The pool and shower area is very dirty and has hardly be cleaned in all of the 10 days, I have never seen a toilet without paper, (a dirty nappy was still in the bin during the full duration of our stay). The advertised 29.5°C is doubtable. A certain leftover from COVID times is the schedule introduced to assure a 30 Min. Exclusivity use of the Pool which works relatively well despite some Belgium’s not respecting the house rules. The different seating areas are sweet but why are the cushions so dirty? Therefore less inviting. The surrounding garden and terrace area tired and not well looked after. Which gives you an impression of “after a long season the owners/ staff are as tired as the flower pots”. Completely dried up and not been watered for the entire duration of our stay. Why keeping them visible for guests who pay to stay there? Let’s not get too upset about all the negatives, the area is beautiful and in 10 days by far, you can’t visit everything. Would we come back here? Well very doubtful.

2 nuits passées dans ce domaine qui est une pépite. Tout d'abord l'accueil de Céline et David, ils aiment choyer les visiteurs. L'originalité des chambres. Le lieu où les ancêtres de cette demeure veillent sur vous pour vous assurer un moment paisible. La piscine pour un moment de détente après une journée de visite dans une région exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits maison. Bref, faite une pause dans ce lieu à découvrir. Nous, nous y retournerons pour un moment de plaisir et revoir David qui nous a transporté dans une parenthèse enchantée. Hervé et Carole

2 nuits passées dans la chambre Jacques Cartier. Rien a dire sur l’accueil et le petit déjeuner qui sont juste parfaits. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région et le domaine est agréable. Par contre, nous avons été très déçus par la chambre, qui, il faut le dire aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf ( joints carrelage au sol effrités, fauteuils et plaid sur le lit tachés, moquette vieillissante et ancienne malle de voyage en guise de placard, certes déco, mais qui ne donne pas très envie d’y ranger ses vêtements). Chambre suite annoncée à 22 m2 ? Nous sommes septiques sur cette surface : chambre très mansardée avec en plus des poutres un peu trop basses pour les grands. Mais le plus mauvais point, est cette odeur pestilentielle d’égouts dans les toilettes totalement insupportable (Même odeur nauséabonde ressentie sur le parking…. Problème de fosse septique ????) En tout cas cela a bien gâché notre séjour…et même si le proprio nous a dit avoir déjà faire venir un plombier, le problème n’étant pas résolu, nous trouvons inacceptable de louer en l’état, surtout à 135 euros la nuit… Dommage !

Bonjour Courte halte de 2 nuitées dans ce très beau domaine où nous avons pu profiter de la suite Anne de Bretagne ,mais les 5 chambres vienent d'être rénovées et toutes aussi jolies les unes et les autres ...quant à la salle du petit déjeuner elle est aussi décorée Avec goût...pour parler du petit déjeuner, nous avons pu profiter des produits locaux.. L'acceuil y est chaleureux ..ainsi que par le maître des lieux...et son petit chien Ursulle Qui Est déjà la mascotte de ce lieu !!!!

L’accueil est chaleureux, l’endroit très calme et très agréable . L’hôte m’a permis d’occuper un gîte à la place d’une chambre, sans surcoût, et l’on peut profiter de l’espace piscine. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement pour passer quelques vacances.

Endroit magique , paisible. Très belle chambre (Anne de Bretagne) , belle décoration , petit déjeuner avec d’excellents produits et du fait maison , le gérant David est adorable ainsi que ses salariées , très bon accueil, aux petits soins des hôtes. Très beaux espaces extérieurs , petits salon cosy , terrasse guinguette , piscine couverte vitrée magnifique.
