Отличное расположение отеля! Номерной фонд чуть устал, хотелось бы локальных улучшений. Завтраки на твердую пять. Персонал так же на отлично.

Ездила с сыном на весенние каникулы. Если честно, не ожидала такого сервиса и качества от российского несетевого отеля. Жили на четвертом этаже с видом на курортный парк. Балкона не было, зато рядом был выход на шикарную террасу, с которой открывался великолепный вид на 3стороны. Номер очень уютный и я бы сказала с интересным дизайном. При бронировании не заметила, что кровать 2-спальная. По приезду поинтересовалась, можно ли заменить и нам сразу пошли на встречу. Заселили даже раньше времени. Вообще работа ресепшен очень понравилось, девочки очень приветливые, всегда поинтересуюсь как дела, есть ли вопросы. Мы брали только завтраки и они нам очень понравились: вкусно, разнообразно. И каши, и блинчики с начинками, и колбаска. В очень уютном ресторане. Отличное расположение - на границе курортного парка, рядом с источником N17. Я хоть и ехала не с целью оздоровления, но с удовольствием каждое утро ходила за водой. Единственный минус - это отсутствие лифта, особенно когда находишься и так по гористой местности. Про лечебные процедуры при отеле сказать ничего не смогу, но в качестве базы для остановки и путешествия по всему региону очень рекомендую
