Sofa bed is not comfortable, bed sheets need to be renewed and breakfast is limited and need improvement. The location is very far from city around 30-40 min drive. However it’s an advantage if you are planning to go to Rize and Uzungol as you save this time. Lack of communication and professionalism when dealing with the Turkish morning shift team especially the first day. However Mohammed and Omar were very supportive and their customer service was great.

Very bad experience, I'm currently investigating with *********** due to an issue with the hotel... I've booked a Junior Suite room $$$ with a sea view but they gave us a small room with a very noisy "highway road view" + a Very Smelly room!!! By the way, the hotel charged us the full amount although we didn't stay in the room for even 1 minute!!! We've not accepted or signed any documents on the stay! DON'T EVER THINK TO BOOK IN THIS HOTEL!

This was a wonderful hotel. Right on the Black Sea about 20 min from Trabzon airport, away from the hectic city. Checkin was easy, the clerk was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and neat with all the amenities. We especially enjoyed being on the water and enjoyed the views of the Black Sea. There were two restaurants which we didn't use so comment on them. The location was easy to get to and find and was good for us as we wanted to explore the valleys further east.

Otele girdiğimiz ilk gün sıcak su yüzünden odamızı değiştirdik. O şurada marka güneş gözlüğüm kayboldu, otel sorumluluk almadı. Hiç bir şey yapmadı.Otel 5 yıldızlı değil sadece 3 yıldız kahvaltı vasat, her şey eksik sürekli istemek zorunda kaldık. Temizlik çok iyi değil. Tamamen Araplara yönelik çalışma içindeler.
