Nice peaceful hotel, big room size, great bed!
But everything kind of old, the hotel definitely need renovation

Wow just back after another weeks stay at Pioneer Beach and we were welcomed with a glass of bubbly from Valia who welcomed us home. We had a Junior Suite with a very comfortable bed and pillows I have never slept so well. We ate in the A La Carte restaurants every night WOW the food is amazing and the staff are so friendly, a very special mention to Pavlos who remembered us from last year and could'nt do enough for us. The hotel is so clean and the staff put in so much effort to make the guests happy. The Cypriot BBQ was incrediable. The entertainment was amazing this year and a special mention to Kirsty she is an amazing singer and also Chelsey & Stuart. Beach is lovely to walk along and is kept so clean. Plenty of sunbeds no need to rush up and get one. All the staff at this hotel work so hard and polite and I would like to give a special mention to Iszalina , Sabeta,Yianna, Tamara , Asmitia,Still,Nishal and most of all Valia who makes this hotel a beautiful place to stay and makes your stay so special. 10/10 to you all if we dont come back next year we will definately be back 2026 when our Son gets married. Thank you so much.

This hotel is ok but that’s it. Just ok! Superior room balcony was very small Room was dated Wardrobes and draws smell musty Bathroom dated Towels and bedding really old Food quality 3* with repetitive menu Food never hot Unimaginative buffet A La carte ok Tui describe it as “foody” hotel, definitely not Strange you can only have certain drinks in certain bars. So if you want to watch a singer in Marco Polo you cannot order cocktail of your choice. You have to go to Rooftop Bar for your drink and miss the singers!!!!!!!!??? Beach needs a clean up Not enough sun beds around the pool. Never got one in 14 days. People getting up before sunrise to lay claim Staff are good but I would want a better experience that this. Would I return. No way

We fully enjoyed the hospitality of Pioneer Beach Hotel. We liked the atmosphere and way of being served and treated by staff in different areas of the hotel. The food quality and variety offered and guest service granted to us will guarantee a repeat visit to Pioneer Beach Hotel or one of Constantinou Brothers Hotels.

Super location for a two week holliday. Excellent restaurants a la carte. Very friendly staff. From the hotel to the harbour was very easy via the promenade.

Everything about this hotel was excellent from our arrival to our departure. The only preference I would have had was for a walk in shower rather than over the bath. I didn’t mention this and May have been able to change! Staff were amazing in all departments Can’t wait to return

My daughter and I visited this hotel in August, we only booked it a few days before. We had no idea what to expect but in no way were we disappointed, from the moment we arrived to the time we left, it was faultless. I could not recommend a better place to stay for cleanliness, staff, food, comfort and location. Honestly, that good that I'm back again with my boyfriend, I honestly can't wait for him to experience this place ❤️

Great holiday in this wonderful hotel. The most friendly and attentive staff weve ever come accross. The food was very good with great selection. The entertainment was of a good standard and always something going on. The only slight negative was the condition of the sun beds on the grass area. They were covered in bird droppings along with the parasols which wasnt the greatest look. Otherwise a great hotel we will definitely be returning.
