Constantinou Bros Pioneer Beach Hotel

This has to be one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at, great location, short journey from the airport. On arrival we were greeted by the freidndlist of staff, cocktail on arrival, the resevation manager was Valia she was amazing we went to all inclusive got a fantastic room overlooking the bay, the room was perfect spa bath mini fridge stocked daily top branded alchol drinks they called to our room everyday to clean and they also called in the evening to be sure we were ok and if we needed anything first class service. The bed was magnificent, as were the pillows. The food was exceptional, and the service throughout the entire stay was 1st class. We loved it that much, we booked to go back on 26/08/25, and we can't wait. I brought my birthday a couple of weeks early so we can indulge in the most amazing experience we had in April. Thank you to all the staff at Pioneer, truly, you couldn't get a better hotel. See you all on 26/08/2025. We can't come soon enough.

This was our second visit to the Pioneer Beach hotel. We last visited in 2022, at the end of covid. We booked a sea view room on the all inclusive elite plan. Our flight was delayed about an hour and upon arrival at the early hours, we were offered a meal and this was a nice touch but, we went straight to bed. We went down to breakfast the next morning and I immediately went to the pancake and egg station and the lovely Alissa made me fresh pancakes. I did find the buffet breakfast cold at times. I sent an email prior to our visit to reserve one of the restaurants, as we celebrated our anniversary on our first day of arrival. Meals here are lovely and we mainly ate in the al a carte restaurants during our stay. The main things about this hotel, is the laid back atmosphere and the food in the al a carte is lovely. When we last visited , the hotel was using branded drinks, this didn’t seem to be the case this time, I found the Prosecco a bit bitter, same with the sparkling water. Sunbeds This is very annoying and we had the same problem when we visited before. People are putting towels down early in the morning and at times, the beds were vacant all day. Please, Pioneer Beach can this be addressed. We had a cabana and mainly sat here during our stay. The hotel is lovely, clean but, needs to be updated, it looks tired and the rooms need to be modernised. We took a TUI trip, where we took the jeep tour out to the Akamas, and blue lagoon. Nice day, but not worth the €90 each and the very erratic driver, were at times nervous of his driving. With no aircon, it was a very hot day. There is a lovely Greek church next to the hotel and it’s nice to take a walk here in the evening. The beach is lovely but you definitely require beach shoes to access the beach.

Just returned from a week here. Lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean. Great manager and great staff. A big shout out to Sabita who worked so hard fetching drinks all day long. Great rooms, great air con and really good food. All the restaurants are really good, food amazing. Well worth the visit!

We had a weeks holiday with our two adult children. We all had a lovely time. The team at the hotel are so friendly and do all they can to help you have a wonderful and relaxing time. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. The shower is one of the best I have had on holiday. We spent most of the days relaxing by the sea and pool, swimming and taking part in the aqua aerobics. The food and drinks were lovely. We tended to have lunch in the snack bar as we like to eat a little later and you could get excellent pizza, fish and chips and salad there. The general buffet selection was huge. So much choice. We tried all the a la carte restaurants and loved them all. The entertainment was varied. We particularly liked the Cypriot evening and the roof bar was great for sunset views as you sipped your drinks. The hotel staff were all so nice. Our rooms kept clean and the waiting team doing all they could to service. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall Experience The reception staff was exceptional. Their warm welcome and attentive service set a positive tone for the entire stay. Dining Highlights Each evening offered a variety of dishes. There was always something new and delicious to try. The food quality consistently met high standards. Recommendation I would be more than happy to return to this hotel. A well-deserved five-star experience

Valia the hotel manager insisted on dressing a wound I incurred when I fell and gashed my arm. She changed the dressing every day for the first week until it healed that I felt was above and beyond her normal duties. She was visible to guests all the time we were there, to be helpful. I am disabled and found everyone at the hotel helpful and friendly and it was easy to get around with my rollator I could reach the beach and the pool fairly easily. There was the morning rush to get beds around the pool starting from at least 6am, my wife got up at this time so i didn’t have far to go to get in the pool. The only way to avoid this was to book a cabana €40 a day unless it is included in your package. Anyway we ate in the buffet every day because a) we are greedy and b) because it gave the variety of cooking to try a little of many dishes, I recommend it as the food was always excellent and fresh.
