The best family hotel. All inclusive. Staff always with a smile. You feel like home. Super clean. Delicious food. Great entertaining shows every day. Special thanks to Ellada and Katerina. They are a big plus for this hotel. Definitely will visit again!!!

Lovely place to stay at! From check in to check out everything was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, the whole place is immaculately clean, amazing view and the food was delicious! Pools were clean. Loads of options and freshly prepared meals.

We had a great time spending 3 nights at the hotel in April. We booked all inclusive with 2 kids (4 years old and 7 months old). The food was amazing and there were too many options at the buffet, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, all common areas were very well cared for and the scenery and outside pool area was beautiful!!! Ms. Ioanna was very friendly and helpful with everything. I cannot wait to go back to the hotel again!

What a wonderful place,staff always taking good care of everyone.The manager Joanna always checking we had everything we needed,and always there to talk to.very friendly all the amenities you could ever need.would recommend 100% . Just returned from a month at the Louis Pheathon, first time back since covid. Had a fabulous time. Want to give thanks, to all the staff, for the great service in the dining room and in the other public areas. Also to the entertainment crew, especially Lyndon for his dance lessons. Finally a special mention for the chefs, for not only catering for my egg intolerance but for also making me a steak pie to die for.

Sadly, coming to the end of my third stay at this wonderful hotel. When ever we return, it feels like 'coming home'. The staff work so hard to make you feel welcome. Each and every member of staff love to interact with you. So much variety in the self service restaurant. Menu changes daily and includes home favourites. The wonderful Ioanna interacts with every person staying - everyday just to make sure your stay is the best! Once you experience the Louis Phaethon family atmosphere, you WILL return! Fourth time? You bet!!!

As an All Inclusive holiday, this hotel has to be one of the very best. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well presented. The food, drink and service are all excellent. Joanna, the Customer Relations Manager, visited al the guests every day at some stage. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The staff are so friendly and attentive in all departments. A special mention must go to Olympia and Hassan in the Lobby Bar. Thank you. A regular bus service operates outside, to Paphos Harbour and Town and all local attractions. There are lots of repeat guests and we can see why. Peak periods during school holidays would probably be best avoided if you are older in years, but it is a family hotel so it’s personal choice. We will definitely return, God willing. Joanna? Keep up the good work.

A fabulous holiday, superb hotel with attentive staff: from a welcome on arrival at Reception to wonderful food and bar staff. The entertainments team also did a good job. The outdoor pool was a little refreshing but that was to be expected in March! Daily cleaning and replenishment of drinks in the room was much appreciated and our wonderful balcony with a sea view was made good use of. Would thoroughly recommend!
