The best family hotel. All inclusive. Staff always with a smile. You feel like home. Super clean. Delicious food. Great entertaining shows every day. Special thanks to Ellada and Katerina. They are a big plus for this hotel. Definitely will visit again!!!

As an All Inclusive holiday, this hotel has to be one of the very best. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well presented. The food, drink and service are all excellent. Joanna, the Customer Relations Manager, visited al the guests every day at some stage. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The staff are so friendly and attentive in all departments. A special mention must go to Olympia and Hassan in the Lobby Bar. Thank you. A regular bus service operates outside, to Paphos Harbour and Town and all local attractions. There are lots of repeat guests and we can see why. Peak periods during school holidays would probably be best avoided if you are older in years, but it is a family hotel so it’s personal choice. We will definitely return, God willing. Joanna? Keep up the good work.

Just returned from a great stay,check in was quick and informative,rooms and whole hotel are spotlessly clean,food in the restaurant was excellent,tasty and plenty of choice all day everyday the addition of the omelette station with fresh omelettes to your choice was a welcome surprise. Service all around the bars,restaurant and reception was so efficient and delivered by friendly staff daily,nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team worked hard throughout the day despite being new.Many thanks to Mr.P,Rudi,Michael, and all the staff(too many to mention individually) for looking after us once again,can not wait to return.

Disappointing Stay at Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was immediately disappointed with the state of the room. The floor had noticeable cracks, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The toilet wasn't even functioning properly, which is a basic necessity. To make matters worse, there were people smoking indoors, which made the environment uncomfortable. The staff was a mixed bag, but the bar staff was notably rude, which only added to the frustration. The steam room and jacuzzi, which I was looking forward to, were both out of order, and the jacuzzi's walls had mold on them — absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. On the bright side, the food and drinks were decent, but sadly, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We returned from a 10 day holiday on the 18th January. We were fortunate with the weather as it allowed us to make use of all the facilities. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the reception team with check in very easy. Thanks go to Alex for making time to chat and answer our queries. A cold drink from the bar ensured we were immediately in holiday mode. Our room was clean and had all the essentials such as bottled water, tea, coffee etc, clean bed, bath, shower gel and towels. The room was refreshed daily. The food in the restaurant was varied, plentiful and of high quality. As it was winter season the pool snack bar was not open but the main restaurant was open for snacks, ice cream etc throughout the day. All the staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient, Claudia, Ellen, Kemo and Ahmed, you always made our morning start with a smile. The bar ensured we were well hydrated with lovely Keo beer, special cocktails made by Jenny were fabulous, as well as the daily ones made by all the bar staff, local spirits and soft drinks. The bar and waiting staff are amazing, friendly and happy to chat whenever possible. It's hard to pick out any favourites as they are all lovely. Rodos, Jenny, Tomi, Romany, Elfeel, Hany, Olympia and the rest of the team, you made every day extra special with your kindness. The management team are very visible every day to ensure things are running smoothly and to assist with any queries you may have. The pools are very cold at this time of year but there is an indoor pool and spa, gym etc. Life guards are on duty inside and out and are also very approachable and friendly. The entertainment team are a very talented bunch of girls and boys. Excellent singing and dancing and cabaret shows. Jamie's game shows and quizzes are not to be missed, so much fun. There is entertainment in the bar area or terrace, weather dependent, at least 4 times a week, something for everyone. During the day there are activities throughout, also run by the lovely entertainment team, French boules, archery, darts, Zuma plus many more including activities for children. When they have time they are more than happy to chat or assist with queries We hope to return later this year and wish success and happiness to any of the team that are moving on. Overall we had a lovely holiday and where there might be room for improvement, the hotel and management team are happy to receive feedback, just don't leave it till you've gone home.

We stayed at Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel for a week where we felt valued as hotel guests and had a wonderful stay near Pathos. The staff were fantastic, the food was very well prepared and presented and the room was comfortable. Entertainment was very good and we felt free to do our own thing if we didn’t want to participate. All in all, a very relaxing and pleasant holiday at this lovely hotel!
