It was an amazing experience, the stuff was kind, especially Marianna, they were willing to help with anything. The room very clean, cozy, with everything you need inside. In Yerevan this place is not bad. The room is so wide and the bathroom is quite large, but the water is not flowing smoothly. I booked a twin room, but I gave a room on the fourth floor without a balcony. I see from the hotel introduction that most rooms have a balcony, because it doesn't matter if you stay for only one night. The facilities in the room are similar to the domestic three-star facilities. The front desk is quite satisfactory, there is only one hotel elevator, and the waiting time is too long. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, which fits the Chinese stomach and can be full. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. Geographic location is fine, anyway, the whole city is not big, and walking is fine. I think other rooms should be bigger than this value room.

The hotel is very modern and very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, the bedroom is of high quality, and the powerful and excellent shower. The breakfast is in buffet form, it's very abundant, there's really everything you can want, the eggs are cooked on demand, everything is very fresh and very good. Without any restrictions, the hotel staff is extremely friendly, whether in the restaurant or in the maintenance staff, but special mention to the reception girls who set up in four to meet your requests and days The hotel is very good and it is a good location to recommend for a stay in Erevan, personally, I will certainly return to it at my next visit.

The location of the hotel is next to the French embassy, a 15-minute walk to the Republic Square, and a 5-minute walk to the park next to it. The room size is quite large and clean, but the TV signal is unstable and feels like a fly in the ointment. The comprehensive price performance ratio is still quite high.

A great network hotel in the very centre of Yerevan. A great price. The only minus, it has appeared with them a big insurance deposit that is twice the value of the room itself.

It is a nice hotel with kind, polite, and patient staff. Receptions are so welcoming that you feel at home. They try to help you as much as possible. I tried three rooms at this hotel. All were clean, neat, and tidy. In this price range, the breakfast was acceptable and delicious.

This hotel provides the charm of the Soviet Union with average service but great location. Enter a huge massive entrance hall where you might be wondering before you find the reception which is almost invisible in the far left corner. The rooms are rather big and well equipped, 4☆ for this latter part. During three days of my stay, the room didn't get looked after despite me setting the sign to clean, and although I haven't been in the room until after lunch. The pool is big, long lanes, and good to take a few rounds, the gym equipped with the basics; good enough to do some cardio and weights. The breakfast...cold scramble eggs, fat meat, oldish looking fruits, and so on, again aeeved in room that reminds me of the days before the wall fell, not something to enjoy every day. Rather book without and visit one of the nearby restaurants. Which leads me to the big, maybe only, plus: the hotel is very central and a lot of the places you want to visit are in walking distance.
Newly renovated, spacious guestrooms, conference facilities, full service accommodations, on-site full service restaurants, AdAstra rooftop restaurant, Terra SPA, lush green landscaped territory, stunning view to the Mount Ararat, the only official international five star property in Armenia, close proximity to the city center.

Hygiene: clean
Service: Very good, there are people to help with things
Environment: Very good
The boss is also very good to people, helping to take a taxi and change money. Asking for directions will help, and the people who come are very enthusiastic.

Outstanding
JJoanaThis Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro.
The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed.
The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated.
I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food.
Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.
GGuest UserAfter four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.
GGuest UserThis hotel is in the city center, with convenient transportation, beautiful environment, large rooms, complete facilities, and too comfortable. Going out for a walk in the morning, I was lucky to meet the Yerevan International Hot Air Balloon Festival, which was too shocking. Back to the hotel, you can see the hot air balloon in the sky on the balcony of the room, which is so beautiful.
GGuest UserI love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!
GGuest Usergood hotel with friendly staff break fast was ok, location was 3 min walk to one of the good outdoor market called vernissage, near republic square and you can access easily, you should aware there is no staff to take care of your bags, hotel had no ramp, room was clean and there was construction’s behind hotel which if you want to stayed at your rooms in daylight i think it will disturb you, read the policy of hotel about toothbrush and water. but I enjoyed stay there because staff was kind and location was very good, rooms was clean.
GGuest UserWe stayed 2 nights for a brief stop in Yerevan and we were far from disappointed! The hotel entrance is tucked away but well signposted. The reception staff were extremely welcoming each time we saw them, they spoke good english and were always happy to help. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the name, the hotel rooms are all on the 14th floor, with reception on floor 1, and the dining area on floor 15. Our room was excellent! A little dated in decor and some signs of wear, but it was a large room split into a living area on one side and the bedroom on the other. The room had good features including a mini-fridge, toiletries, good AC and a safe - although the safe was already locked when we arrived and inaccessible (we just went without it). The best feature was the terrace! Whilst the windows were made up of frosted glass, there was a door that led to an open terrace with stunning views over Yerevan and Mount Ararat. The terrace is shared between all guests, however we rarely saw anybody out there and there was very little noise. There was a good choice at breakfast made up of hot and cold food. The dining area was large with great views from most sides, although the terrace on this floor was unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. However, with open access to the terrace on the 14th floor below this wasn't a problem. The location of the hotel probably couldn't be better. It's in the city centre, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. Overall, it's not the most luxurious hotel you'll find, but it's great for a short stay in Yerevan and excellent value for money.
Ttravellin131i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel based on price. The room had all the amenities except TV. But we got by without the wave. The only thing missing was boiling water. But we were embarrassed to mention it. At the same time, the hostess is very welcoming. She even offered us a higher class room, but we refused.
Very soft and comfortable beds. Full set of towels. It’s a pity that there aren’t enough shelves in the bathroom and room.
Before entering the hotel, the hostess helped save our things, as we were flying out and returning to them. It’s convenient that you can always order food and have lunch/dinner. The hostess cooks it herself. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby.
In addition, the hosts can arrange a tour to different regions of Armenia.
The location of the hotel has both pros and cons. It is located quite close to the city center and there are many buses going there. Opposite is the intercity bus station. But from there you can only go to Russia and Georgia. Market.
On the other hand, it’s a bit far to get to the center without a bus. And it is not so easy to find this hotel if you are not friends with Google or Yandex. A road with broken pavement leads to it, because... Dump trucks pass through it from time to time. There are other hotels nearby.
