Altunyan Hotel

We were staying two nights in the hotel. The room was clean, they have conditioner and fridge, also all shower facilities. Corridors and rooms are decorated with very beautiful paintings. The breakfast was also find ( for the first time see chicken drumsticks for breakfast though))) 6 km to the airport and 10 min by taxi, it can be provided by the hotel for 10 euro. Disadvantage that it's close to the highway. Breakfast is from 9 to 10 am. We were going earlier so apparently no breakfast. The ventilator is so loud in the room that I could not sleep, it feels like engine is working next to you ( and no it's not a conditioner, it's just ventilating mechanism).

First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

Rested with the family in August 22 at the hotel. Looking at a nice hotel, the room is excellent and large, clean towels and underwear. A little pompous and ampirous, but it's for the amateur. Everything is clean and neat. But there are huge consequences: 1. Restaurant - breakfast is served in the restaurant , a la dining room. Cheap rolling tables, with waiters with trolleys as in the dining room. Breakfast is varied. Good coffee espresso , cappuccino and Americano are not available . Casha is terrible. But the choice of vegetables and fruit is great. Despite the rich choice, breakfast was a terrible impression. 2. The Internet is simply not here. The room luxuriant was not possible to work , the video connection didn't work 3. The apocalypse of our stay in the room , was the absence of the Internet in the room . The staff of the Resepshen Milan, Eliza and Aram could not solve the problem . The Internet was not at 7 p.m. or at 10 p.m. nothing changed. Answer the question to whom the application was handed over, who accepted , which number was not able either. This suggests that no processes are built in the hotel . It is a pity that a hotel claiming to be 4 stars cannot rebuild normal customer orientation . We will definitely not recommend this hotel. There are many hotels in Yerevan to order better .

From 16.11.2021 to 20.11.2021 arranged a birthday present with a trip to Yerevan! Long picked up the hotel and stopped at ”Boulevard”. The main criterion in the hotel collection was – Hotel location in the city center and breakfast. It turned out that they arrived in Yerevan on the day of their birthday meeting. They got to the hotel by taxi and were surprised by the warm meeting of his staff from the first minutes. We were opened, greeted and politely accompanied to the registration bar, where we were already waiting for the keys from our room. The whole registration procedure took less than a minute. The hotel staffer took our luggage to the room and detailedly told us where and how... The room met us with freshness and cleanness, a comfortable environment, availability of all the necessary accommodation. Today, you rarely see in the room the presence of coats, slippers, disposable toothbrushes and other hygiene ingredients, let alone three types of snow towels. ”Cheese on the cake” - we were surprised when to bring a compliment from the local bar – a cut of fruit and a couple of glasses of the famous Armenian wine ”KARAS”, but it is likely to be in honor of the birthday. The hotel is located in the central part of the city with a beautiful view of the pedestrian boulevard in the distance from the central carriageway, which allowed you to rest with an open window, without hearing the noise of the turbulent movement of cars. Availability in the balcony room, painted the evening clock for a cup of tea in the fresh air. Breakfast! The Swedish table struck us with a large range of meat and vegetable cuts, hot 4 species, cash, 100% juices, yoghurts, cakes, fruits about tea and natural grain coffee even write not worth. They were eaten, as they were told from Puza, and fled to the city to see the local attractions, which were on foot. The Boulevard bar has pleased us with a rich menu of delicious food, a large variety of drinks, skill, kindness and love for the work of the barman Arene. A separate Thank you to express the host of the hotel Eric Grigoryan for the selection of so responsible, sensitive and responsive staff providing – comfort, atmosphere and security. As a result, our trip to Armenia, to Yerevan has left a lot of pleasant experiences, unforgettable emotions and memories. Recommend the hotel and Yerevan.

Lovely perfect hotel in really great location in the center of Yerevan that made it easy to walk to the top city attractions, shops and restaurants,.. .the room was very spacious, the service and cleanliness of the room were excellent and cleaning was done daily. the breakfast was almost like a brunch, had an amazing variety of foods and fruits as well. last but not least is the lovely staff at the hotel who were really welcoming and helpful and incredibly friendly specially Ms. Ella who goes far above to help🙏. she is so nice, not Iranian but speaks Persian very good and it makes it easier for Iranian people to stay in this hotel. finally I have to say It is an excellent, high quality hotel and we would definitely stay there again! and highly recommend it to others.
