Nice hotel and located close to the centre.
Despite the hotel's high potential, there were some critical issues:
- the first day we found some used underwear in the wardrobe and another day a wet rag on the bedside table;
- there was almost nothing left to eat at breakfast (there was still 30 minutes to go); we had to complain and from the next day things improved;
- the temperature in the room was not well adjustable;
- in the SPA at 9.00 pm we found no towels and the sauna and Turkish bath were not functioning well (the first had no internal light and the second did not heat up sufficiently).
Despite the complaints, the hotel manager did not think of giving us something to apologize in some way, but only tried to solve the problems (not always successfully).
Attention to detail and customer care to be reviewed!

The room is good, but the service is very poor, especially the waiter who is not polite and laughs and sarcastically even though he has done something wrong. He needs to improve his quality. The environment is not very good either. The cars around are very noisy and the entrance is not designed properly, so we couldn't get in even after driving around for several times. Шикарный отель с крутым сервисом. Бесплатно проапгрейдили номер. Центр Еревана маленький - от отеля можно легко дойти до главной площади, рядом полно ресторанов, а через дорогу - винтажный рынок. Завтраки - отдельная любовь. Очень понравилось. Спа зона скромная, но там и особо людей не было)

We stayed from 16-18june we got a dirty room toilet +dust in the room. Room was very noisy(roof fan vibration) After push with reception we have been changed to 2nd floor room Jacuzzi was super dirty (see photo) and tv was nos working at 11pm we are still waiting for the technician to come fix while our kids are sleeping. Really not worth 180$/night !

We recently stayed at this hotel in Yerevan and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, with spotless corridors and rooms, and it had a nice view of the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it wasn't a big problem for us. Despite the distance, we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great views.

Our family of four stayed comfortably in the Art Deluxe with two queen beds. The room was spacious, clean, uniquely decorated and bright with great garden views. Breakfast was simple and included a lot of delicious fresh fruits and cheese. Very centrally located with helpful staff! Would definitely recommend for a value-for-money stay in Yerevan.
