The best service ever! We asked for a late check out and were allowed to stay till 3, which was very helpful. The location is great, the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. The staff was really friendly and welcoming ❤️

Nice, fairly basic hotel. Great location and the room itself was as nice as expected; clean, comfortable, good wifi, quiet, and staff was fine and the breakfast seemed decent for free.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже второй раз. Локация отличная, в шале от проспекта Маштоца, 15 минут ходьбы медленным шагом от площади Республики, рядом- большой рынок, магазин сухофруктов, магазин свежих фруктов. Очень доброжелательный персонал ( всегда помогут по любому вопросу, вызвали такси, дали штопор, собрали ланч-бокс в поездку). Номер- чистый и функциональный, даже зубные щетки есть, чайник, бесплатная бутилированная вода. Отдельно хочется сказать о завтраках- домашние блюда, даже курочка, прекрасного качества овощные салаты. Варят кофе по-восточному. Просто замечательный отель.

Расскажу свои впечатления об отеле "Лилия". Давайте сначала плюсы. Местоположение - лучшее, до всего пешком, вокруг всё - и съедобное, и несъедобное и просто красивое. Завтраки - хорошие для того места. Обменник при отеле - курс прекрасный, люди из других концов города приезжают менять. Только у меня чувство было, что это не обменник при отеле, а отель при обменнике. В маленьком фойе отеля вечером какие-то люди, точно не постояльцы, видимо мастера обмена. Личности непонятные с видом многозначительным. Могут пить кофе, могут коньяк. На крыльце курят и дым идёт весь в холл, и в коридор, где номера. У меня был номер на первом этаже. На окнах решётки. Высунув руку за них, сделала фото. Прилагаю. Вид из номера. Номер темнющий! Устроен странно. При входе кровать и тд, потом у окна прихожая со шкафом и диванчиком. Шторы не открыть, двор и все ходят. И свет дневной попадает только в тот коридорчик у окна. Отель находится просто в жилом доме. Номеров немного. То пить вроде всё нормально. Но какое-то всё... Даже слов не могу найти... Самопальное, что ли? Ну, короче, не за такие деньги.

Невероятно приветливый, отзывчивый персонал, комфортный номер (хорошая уборка и постоянное пополнение расходников), удобное расположение + обменник с хорошим курсом. Могу только от всей души посоветовать это место и поблагодарить персонал.

Администраторы очень отзывчивые. Хорошая уборка номеров. Постоянное пополнение номера всем необходимым: чай, кофе, сахар, питьевая вода. Номер убирается каждый день. Ванная комната опрятная, всё исправно работает. Количество полотенцев по 3 шт на человека. Их меняют каждый день. Завтраки не богатые на разнообразие, но вкусные. В холле есть обменный пункт, очень удобно. От отеля до аэропорта всего 12-15 минут на такси. И стоит это всего 300 рублей. Очень достойный отель, остановлюсь здесь снова.
