The Hotel is really very clean, with lovely hospitality and good breakfast. local staff was really very friendly (speaking Perfect English and Russian) Only, I think it's a little bit far from city center and main sightseeings. Thank you for our pleasant days. Best wishes ❤️

I chose the hotel by chance, I needed to stay in this area, but I didn't have time to study it thoroughly. In the end, it was better than I could have hoped for. The room wasn't small, the location was good, there were a couple of good eateries nearby and a 24-hour exchange. Of the minuses: uncomfortable, rather narrow beds and the lack of an elementary kettle. The latter is probably explained by the active invitation to breakfast and lunch during check-in. A good average hotel, suitable for a long stay, especially if your back won't hurt from the hard couches.

I had a disappointing experience at Mia Casa Hotel. After check-in, they informed me about additional costs not mentioned in my initial reservation. Breakfast was advertises in their posting and then they wanted to add charge for it. Despite trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel staff and *********** representatives, they were uncooperative and impolite. After two frustrating hours, they abruptly asked us to leave, and to my shock, I later discovered they charged my credit card for a full 7-day stay without my consent. On *********** it is specifically mentioned that the credit card will not be charged and they would have to communicate any charges at the time of checkout. I would caution others about their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

The city of Yerevan was very beautiful with lovely people who doubled the memories of the trip with the hospitality of the staff of this hotel. A very clean hotel, well-behaved staff and a wide variety of breakfast that encourage us to stay in this hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel was a great experience and to be honest I think it is underrated. In my opinion this place deserves much more attention and recognition. The staff here are incredible! A huge thank you to Armik for the amazing breakfasts which were always fresh, delicious and thought out to the smallest detail. Karo ensured our stay was top notch, paying attention to every detail. Artem and Kristina impressed with their sincere friendly attitude and were always ready to help, fulfilling all our requests promptly and with a smile. The hotel offers excellent accommodation - cozy, clean, with attention to every detail. We felt at home, surrounded by care and comfort. Another big plus is its convenient location. Even with children we could easily walk to the city center in just 15-20 minutes. This makes it a great choice for those who want peace and quiet and at the same time close to the main attractions. This hotel deserves a higher rating than it gets. We definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates high level of service, comfort and true hospitality!
