The Hotel is really very clean, with lovely hospitality and good breakfast. local staff was really very friendly (speaking Perfect English and Russian) Only, I think it's a little bit far from city center and main sightseeings. Thank you for our pleasant days. Best wishes ❤️

Отель выбрал случайно, нужно было поселится в этом районе, а времени на тщательное изучение не было. По итогу, лучше, чем можно было надеятся. Номер не маленький, месторасположение удачное, рядом пара хороших едален и круглосуточный exchange. Из минусов: неудобные, довольно узкие кровати и отсутствие элементарного чайника. Последнее объясняется, видимо, активным зазыванием на завтрак и обед во время заселения. Хороший середнячок, подходил для длительного проживания, особенно если спина не будет болеть от жёстких кушеток.

I had a disappointing experience at Mia Casa Hotel. After check-in, they informed me about additional costs not mentioned in my initial reservation. Breakfast was advertises in their posting and then they wanted to add charge for it. Despite trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel staff and *********** representatives, they were uncooperative and impolite. After two frustrating hours, they abruptly asked us to leave, and to my shock, I later discovered they charged my credit card for a full 7-day stay without my consent. On *********** it is specifically mentioned that the credit card will not be charged and they would have to communicate any charges at the time of checkout. I would caution others about their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

The city of Yerevan was very beautiful with lovely people who doubled the memories of the trip with the hospitality of the staff of this hotel. A very clean hotel, well-behaved staff and a wide variety of breakfast that encourage us to stay in this hotel again.

Наше пребывание в этом отеле оставило самые тёплые впечатления, и честно говоря, я считаю, что он недооценён. По моим меркам, это место заслуживает гораздо большего внимания и признания. Персонал здесь невероятный! Огромное спасибо Армик за изумительные завтраки, которые всегда были свежими, вкусными и продуманными до мелочей. Каро обеспечил наш отдых на высшем уровне, уделяя внимание каждой детали. Артём и Кристина поразили своим искренним доброжелательным отношением и всегда были готовы помочь, выполняя все наши запросы оперативно и с улыбкой. Отель предлагает прекрасные условия проживания — уютные, чистые, с вниманием к каждой мелочи. Мы чувствовали себя как дома, окружённые заботой и комфортом. Ещё один большой плюс — его удачное расположение. Даже с детьми мы могли спокойно дойти до центра города пешком всего за 15–20 минут. Это делает его отличным выбором для тех, кто хочет тишины и в то же время близости к основным достопримечательностям. Этот отель заслуживает более высокой оценки, чем ему дают. Мы однозначно рекомендуем его всем, кто ценит высокий уровень сервиса, комфорт и настоящую гостеприимность!

Чудесный гостеприимный отель. Жили 30 дней в удобном просторном номере - не пожалели ни разу. Карен, Каро, Кристина, Артём, Гоар, Тигран, спасибо за радушие, профессионализм, готовность помочь и ощущение дома. Однозначно рекомендую это место.
