This is the best place to stay in Yerevan. Wonderful location, spacious and clean room and excellent service. The entrance is a bit difficult to find but it isn’t a problem because their receptionists are all very responsive and helpful. And they are very polite and cheerful.

My husband and I arrived at 4am and it looks like an office building rather than a hotel. As per email, we had elevator code to 10th floor. The room was huge, very clean and had every comfort or amenity needed. The staff was friendly and super attentive. It is a perfect location in center city. We highly recommend it.

I have visited DowntownSuites in December 2021. Excellent place to visit with family. Very pleasant staff, outstanding service! The hotel is in the centre of Yerevan. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The entrance to hotel by other people is forbidden, Only guests and staff have access to this floor. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the hotel, a special place is allocated for smokers. I highly recommend this place.

Nice clean comfortable two bedrooms appartmen Staff are very kind and smiling all the time ready to full fill your need at all times Location is excellent near the center just 3 minutes plenty of restaurants around. I recommend this accommodation if you are visiting yerevan

A few friends and I flew in from Dubai for a long weekend. Hotel was very nice, location was very good its a 2 minute walk to Republic square. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, I highly reccomend.

A comfortable hotel in the center of Yerevan occupies the 10th floor of a new modern building. Very conveniently located, many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Comfortable rooms from standard to presidential suite.

The hotel is located literally a minute's walk from Republic Square, which is extremely convenient! The level of service, in my opinion, is excellent. I have been to Yerevan many times, in different hotels. For a vacation in February (and for work) I was looking for a hotel in the center, so that everything would be in order with heating and fi-fi. In Zoom for 2 days for 4 hours: the Internet never dropped out. In the room you set the air temperature yourself - as you set it, the radiators heat it up. This is wonderful))) The room is very clean, everything is very nice: bed linen with the hotel’s monogram, I’ll note separately))) The room has TV, water, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers, bathrobes, towels... huge windows to the floor Wonderful staff!!! everything! Responsive, friendly. In general, the stay was really comfortable, everything was super convenient. Thank you very much to the hotel and staff for just a great experience!)
