I did not live in the hotel, but I really wanted to get to their chic breakfasts / lunches. In instik everything is presented sooooo appetizingly. Interior: the cutest cafe on the street, roses are growing. The yard is small and cozy. Very nice music plays. The atmosphere is calm, just a buzz. Staff: a pleasant waitress, but for some reason in some kind of maximally teenage clothes. I don’t really understand why the waiters don’t have at least some kind of uniform, or at least not clothes that look like she was going to a party. Food: I ordered a scrambled avocado and vegetables. It would seem an elementary dish, but for some reason the cook poured black, not very ground pepper into the scrambler. The question is “why is there so much pepper in such a simple European breakfast?”. When I also saw through a whole ball of black pepper, I was already completely upset and the city was terribly on fire. I told the waitress about this. Another important point: I somehow went there after 17.00, it turned out that the kitchen was not working, which is not strange, since guests usually leave for dinner in the city. But the girl at the reception told me "come tomorrow for breakfast." I came, but it was Sunday and that morning there was no cook at all. Most of all, I was surprised that they said this to me with a cheerful smile, “oh, but there is no cook” ... well, ok. I had to go to another restaurant, which does not invite me on days when it is closed))) Despite my comments above, I still liked the place. Tweak a little bit and it will be perfect
