Not a cozy hotel. And even though the renovations are new, it's all kind of weird. Low ceilings, window to window views. Poor breakfast. The location is good.

The best part of this hotel is its location, right near Freedom Square in a quiet side street. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was comfortable if not a bit small. Overall a good value for someone looking to stay in the heart of Yerevan.

The room is very small and the check-in is slow. The hotel is on a corner! It doesn't look like a four-star hotel at all. The lobby is also very small. The rooms are connected and the soundproofing is so poor that you can hear what the neighbors say clearly. The door is not opened by a swipe key. The carpet has been used for a hundred years and it is not this dirty.

Good hotel. Convenient location in the center. Unfortunately, outside and around - dilapidated Soviet entourage, but inside - everything is great. Clean, the rooms have everything you need, sockets, kettle, toiletries, quality linen. Service - no complaints. Breakfasts are excellent. The hotel offers individual tours, but I do not recommend them, these are not excursions, but rather transfers to some points.

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, less than 300 meters from the Grand Theater and very close to several major attractions in Yerevan. It is a quiet place amidst the bustle. The hotel facilities are good, the service is considerate and responsive, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The best breakfast we had at any hotel in Armenia.
