We arrived at the hotel but the receptionist told us that the hotel was fully booked and that he couldn't find our reservation. I showed him our booking but he told us again that he couldn't find it and that the hotel was fully booked, so we had to find another hotel straight away and take a taxi. To top it all off, we have just received an email from them asking us if we enjoyed our stay with them. Absolutely not to recommend

Konyak hotel is a very good option for accommodation in Yerevan. It has nice, spacious rooms, swimming pool area and underground parking. While it is not right in the centre of Yerevan, the centre is still easily reachable on foot or by taxi (25-30 mins on foot or 5-10 mins by taxi). The staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. Only point for improvement was the breakfast, which I believe does not offer enough options for a 4-star hotel.

I was there in this hotel last week for 2 nights with family. Good hotel with all facilities, nice view from restaurant... breakfast was filled with many choices... house keeping needs to improve. its a good and suggestable option to stay in YEREVAN JOHNSON-DUBAI

A nice place, nice room and in general friendly staff. Honestly: + included a free save in the room + fast taxi service + clean swimmingpool outside + clean towel service at swimmingpool, also shower inside + breakfast at rooftop with cityview + good price/quality + quiet place, not en masse + carparking down the hotel - they gave us a wrong roomkey when we checked in, so we entered an occupied room, (thankfully no people were there at the time) - the music (summer dancerhits) at the swimmingpool too noisy and when we asked friendly to turn down the music a little, the bartender got pissed?? Why?? We wanted just to relax, it was more like a disco Finally we recommend this hotel, YES!!

A small but tidy, clean and beautiful hotel of great staff and great breakfast - me and my love spent the best days in this city and hotel. Excellent experience-good lighting- relaxing café and bar and good price. ＜3

We had a very pleasant experience with Konyak Hotel ❤️ from the hotel receptionist Elena up until the end of our stay, they were very welcoming, understanding and kind! They even upgraded us to a junior suite room which we didn’t expect at all! We will definitely come back here when we visit Armenia in the future ❤️ thank you so much! PS I forgot to mention they have a very nice pool and 8th floor observatory deck where you can chill with your family, definitely worth every dram

We booked this hotel for 10 days at once, took 2 rooms for a family. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work well; in August it was 26-27 degrees in the room. 2 more rooms were offered where the temperature was the same. We decided to move out. The hotel did not return the money; the booking was returned after 1.5 months. I do not recommend this hotel, administrator Alexander, does not want to talk to hotel guests, does not try to solve problems, does not answer calls or emails.
