Beautiful property but not really well managed. Small rooms with no wardrobe. Breakfast was a joke. No room service

We stayed four nights and used this as our base in Yerevan and round about. It suited us very well. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Republic Square, but plenty of places to eat and drink along the way. Our room was massive and very comfortable. The decor was themed, smart and distinctive. The floor we were on offered kitchen facilities rather than having tea/coffee available in the room. The spa was highly spoken of (by our guide), but we didn't try it. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the top floor restaurant - extensive buffet style - with stunning views from the roof top terrace. Staff are inconspicuous and seem a little disengaged. We had intended trying the restaurant for dinner one evening, but it turned out to have been booked for a private wedding party. Reception told us we should have been informed of this, and a little later we were (by note under the door). Apologies were offered for any noise and inconvenience, but assurances were given that the music would stop at 11 pm. Needless to say, it didn't. We weren't unduly disturbed on our floor but other guests might have been. Unfortunate - and so maybe it would be worth enquiring about this when booking, as similar incidents are mentioned in at least one other review. Other than that, we would gladly return.

Writing this review while in the hotel itself. As a person who resided in Apricot Yerevan several times within the span of couple of years, I must say that the service, customer service and information quality have declined SEVERELY. Booked a deluxe room, because I stayed in their deluxe rooms before and I really like the layout and the bathtub they have. They send me a message saying that we would like to upgrade your stay with us to a SUPERIOR room… I checked in, and got shocked by the room. The room doest fit to be anything but a standard room. Had a word with the reception staff, and he simply goes as “The entire hotel is booked” and simply sat on his phone and started watching videos… I checked with another hotel “DoubleTree By Hilton” which is a MUCH BETTER OPTION.. and they were more than happy to welcome me at a very discounted rate +++ upgrade my stay to superior suite. When I started discussing with the staff the matter of going to another hotel, a magical deluxe room happens to be available… WHY SAY NOT AVAILABLE SINCE THE START?????? Checked in to the room and went out to walk in the city or Yerevan. I come back for a quick recharge, and the AC is not working “Wrong Setting” I called the receptionist, and she goes as, there is nothing I can do right now because the people responsible about the AC are gone for the day… HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM TO DEAL WITHHH??????? I fixed the AC by myself… The hotel is nice in terms of design and look… the service USED to be AMAZING but unfortunately not anymore… Dear Apricot Management, if you are reading this, you better scale your level of service up otherwise the market is going to LITERALLY wipe you out… There is a lot of great hotels nowadays in Yerevan and most importantly, names that tourists are VERY MUCH aware of.. Mariot? DoubleTree By Hilton? Novotel? HolidayInn? I would rather stay in a brand that I know and that is existing in the country I live in, than stay in a local hotel “NO DISRESPECT MEANT” and get a Horrible experience that is able to ruin my entire trip that I paid SO much money on to simply enjoy my time…

we stayed here for 4 nights as part of a group tour. l loved the decor and each room is dedicated to a well known Armenian person (like writers and poets), which is really nice, rooms are clean and spacious Absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms was disappointing. The staff are helpful and friendly. good choice at breakfast, on the terrace, good views, and basically all you can eat although it wasn't always available when it opened at 8am. The hotel isnt right in the centre but still good location, not far to walk from the main central squares, a couple of good restaurants near and a brilliant well stocked supermarket. lots of building work in surrounding area but didnt affect stay

At first glance a lovely hotel ,generous sized rooms ,very calm and peaceful !But on two nights of our four night stay ,two private functions were held in the restaurant which was directly above our rooms .A live band was playing on both occasions and trust me it was loud ,very loud ,there was absolutely no way to escape the decibels. Both parties stopped at eleven ,on the dot ,but then they were moving the furniture around till the early hours on the first night party ,however they did listen to all our complaints and left the rearranging of the room till the following morning !All 18 members of our group were very vocal in our complaints ,we were offered a free meal after the first party ……..but then to go and do it again the day after !!!! As I said Spa Hotel or Party hotel you can’t be both !!!

The best hotel experience we've ever had. Spa was excellent, and I loved that the rooms were named after famous Armenians, adding a unique and cultural touch to my stay. Mine was after Hovhannes Aivazovsky. Also, the location gives easy access to local attractions.

The hotel is excellent, fully consistent with the description on the website. We stayed from 02.08 to 07.08.2023, and were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly pleased us, especially considering that our flight was at night. I’ll note right away that the hotel also accommodated us and allowed us to stay in the room until 18.00 (also due to a night flight). No one asked for any additional payment or tip for this. Excellent service, staff always ready to help and respond to any request. The staff is very attentive. All hotel staff really care about your comfort. But I would like to especially mention the girls at the reception - Esther and Tatev, you create the mood and impression. Special thanks to you for the warm welcome and positive emotions. We felt comfortable and pleasant staying at the hotel, thanks also to you). Beautiful and stylish design of rooms and public areas. For lovers of social networks (but where without it), photo zones are at every turn. The extraordinary beauty throughout the hotel enchants you from the first second of your stay. We lived on the second floor, Kurkdjian's room, with access to the city. The room is comfortable and spacious, the furniture is in excellent condition. Comfortable beds. The cleaning is done efficiently. Sound insulation is excellent, despite the fact that the hotel was crowded. Of course, this is a colorful hotel, with an accent in the interior and design of the hotel, elements of authenticity and local color are carefully and tastefully introduced, the upholstery of the children's bed is made of Armenian carpet, a type of lint-free carpet. And how wood and stone are correctly combined on the walls. The peculiarity of the hotel is that each room is dedicated to representatives of the Armenian people who left a mark on world culture (cinema, music, theater): Aram Khachaturian, Sergei Parajanov, Charles Aznavour, Francis Kurkdjian, Ivan Aivazovsky... Good Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the territory hotel, which was extremely important for me at work. It’s impossible to describe the view of Mount Ararat from the hotel terrace where breakfast was held! Breakfast is included in the price. By the way, as I understand it, the hotel is also in demand among locals: this hotel is an excellent place for weddings and family celebrations. In such a short time at the hotel, both a christening and a wedding were celebrated here. If I'm not mistaken, somewhere the celebrations took place until 11 pm on the huge terrace (roof) of the hotel. It was quite pleasant to have such fun: songs, folk dances, and for one thing we became familiar with the culture. It should be noted that the hotel warns in advance about events, and upon returning to the room, we saw a bottle of wine as a compliment. The hotel staff also congratulated me on my birthday, giving me a decent bottle of alcohol!) Nice. Convenient location of the hotel: close to attractions, to the main party streets of the city, to Republic Square. We walked, despite the August heat of almost 40°, it is quite possible and necessary to take a walk, especially since the food in Yerevan, in Armenia, is so delicious that only walking and water (at every step there are famous drinking fountains) somehow balancers

Quite a stylish hotel, good design. I didn’t really like the location - it’s on a noisy street, 20 minutes walk to the center. Breakfast is a bit poor, but you won't go hungry. The towels are washed, gray, shabby. There is practically no ventilation in the bathroom.
