Little bit out of the way and some of the streets around it aren’t good but it is near Embassy’s so can’t be too bad. Straight walk down road to Victory Park. Room spacious and clean. No complaints with it. Happy I stayed there given the price. I was solo male traveller

The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic... My English is not very good, and when I encounter problems such as renting a house, the guy will still patiently help me deal with it. Hahahaha.

Horrible hotel. According to the description it seems to be not far from the center, in fact it is not. Horrible breakfast. There was no hairdryer and towels in the room. But fortunately this was quickly resolved. The cleanliness of the room, despite its huge size, leaves much to be desired…

The hotel is not in the center, but it’s easy to get there by bus 26 or Yandex taxi for 150-200 rubles (payment in the app with any card). The room is large, new, clean. Everything is. The only thing missing is local lighting for comfort, and a view from the window of the landfill. I really liked the breakfast. The pool is not yet completed (pictured).

The room is spacious, clean and simple. Parking is available in front of the door. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and answers all questions. There is breakfast.

One way you can walk to the center in 40 minutes, back only by taxi. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, the internet is good. For some reason there is no kettle. Not a bad breakfast for 2 stars.

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool. Very nice in summer time. Located near the Victory park. Good to walk in the evening. In the morning may visit mother Armenia and enjoy the city view with Mount Ararat. Good service. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Recommended for friends and families.
