This hotel is close to the Grand Staircase in Yerevan and has a great location, but it is located in an old neighborhood with dim lights at night. There is also a subway passing through the hotel underground, and there is noise every time the subway passes by. Everything else is good, such as breakfast, front desk service, etc.

Excellent location only one block from Cascade complex. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room and bathroom were very small with little room for storage. Our room on top (5th) floor had terrific view of Mount Ararat. Friendly breakfast staff.

Yes the location is very good and close to a very nice part of Yerevan. We stayed 5 days. The room was comfortable, we asked to be on the fourth floor due that underneath the hotel passes the Metro, until 11 pm and believe me, the whole building rambles. One girl at reception was delightful but other people looks so serious and conspicuous behind a curtain right next to reception. The breakfast was strange, not real straight normal food, to accomodate your normal tourist, and the space for it is incredible small which makes it awkward to seat and flow when there are large groups of tourists. Thin walls you can hear everything next door. But the most annoying thing was that in 5 days they never cleaned our room. They changed the towels and that’s it. I could not believe it, but.... the moment we were paying it took a second for a young blond woman to fly up the room and check the stage of it. There was a glass with a crack that it seems my husband pushed at night, ( we didn’t noticed otherwise we would have said,) they charged us for it. After not even bothering for cleaning or changing our sheets. Really?

Thank you Cascade for everything I stayed 5 night in Cascade Hotel and every thing was so good that I decided extend my check out for 3 nights more… Despite the hotel is located in the one of the best location of city but the location is very serene and full of peace… My room window open onto the Cascade (one of the attentions on the Yervan)… I was one person (one girl) but the hotel feels like my home… You can approach to the best place of the city just by foot.. The staff are very friendly and helpful.. Air conditioning was very good… Their is no electric hot water but you can call with the room service and they provide it for you in the seconds… Hair dryer was strong… I must check out tomorrow and i will miss my room in Cascade Hotel... Thank you so much Cascade⭐️

You can ask to make coffee, delicious sausages, brisket. Of the minuses, the pastries were not very fresh, there was not enough cottage cheese casserole or syrniki. There is no welcome water, in the refrigerator, which for some reason is in the closet)) everything costs money and the prices are astronomical. There is a safe, but there is no normal table. There is no kettle, cups and this is very bad! Towels were changed, sometimes hot water did not come right away. The doors to the room are thin, you can hear everything. In general, it corresponds to a three, no frills. We were on excursions every day, so we did not particularly notice the shortcomings. The shower cabin has a strange design, water pours on the floor. There is WI-FI, it works fine. In general, you can live. It is 12-15 minutes to Ani Plaza, from where excursions start.
