The hotel is rather far away from the city centre. Most of the facilities need to be refreshed. It seemed overpriced for the quality.

We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia.
The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it.
There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting.
Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery.
Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park
Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park

Good hotel. The location is not very convenient, located on the mountain, there are no shops nearby. The room is cozy, clean, but very thin walls, and high audibility. The mattress is too hard in our opinion. Spa, the pool is one of the best in our memory, the pool is warm and pleasant in autumn.

For two days in a row, on Oct 2nd and 3rd, 2024 we had the misfortune of having to enter an unclean room when we (my wife and I) returned after 4 hours and 6 hours 20 minutes,respectively, on the said dates. Lame excuses and evasive replies were given about there being 150 rooms and that cleaning goes on till 6 pm. It was pointed out to persons manning the reception, Mr Alexis Sislian and Ms Nare Yeghiazaryan that we are aware of all this as we are experienced travelers and stay in different hotel chains, but it is the first time that we are facing a situation where the room has not been cleaned even 4 hours after our leaving the room ( 6h 20m the next day). It was also pointed out by us that we never found a "Please Make My Room" card which we would have readily placed if there was one. Following several reminders (at least thrice on 2nd Oct' 24 and twice on 3rd Oct'24), and waiting for half an hour and more, the room was cleaned in a jiffy without paying much attention to cleanliness and leaving the Cleaning Spray on the table in the room, instead of the House-keeping staff taking it with them. The missing "Please Make My Room' card was surreptitiously put where it should have been in the first place. Radisson Blu belongs to a Premium segment and they have to take extra care to train their staff to respond in an acceptable manner when an issue that affects hospitality and service is taken up with them.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and overall the standard was amazing. The hotel is just outside the city center in a great location, which is surrounded by a park. The restaurant staff were some of the most professional, customer focused and real 5* team I've ever met, especially Hovhannes, Daniel and Abraham. Food was also great and there are a wide variety of options. There's rooftop bar as well as a main restaurant with a terrace and the lobby bar. Service was fantastic at all of them. The rooms are very clean, stylish and comfortable, and I found them completely relaxed and silent and no noise from the roof top bar. There is also a pool, jacuzzi and sauna and Hammam which are very modern, spacious and clean. Very relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The interior and reception area is nice too. Although the reception staff are generally young and inexperienced, they try their best. This is the only area which is not quite up to Radisson Blu and 5* standard yet, but from conversations I'm sure it's something that's coming. I'd reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Yerevan in style and be able to relax at the same time. It's also around 2€ for a taxi to the city center.

Reception and check in : very smooth. No place to sit / wait around the reception, which meant we had to keep standing until checkin is complete- this is a first time experience for me in a 4-5 star hotel chain globally. Rooms: Great Superb room ambience and furniture, comfortable bedding, tv connects to Netflix, YouTube etc. Room Service: Very good - exceptional cleaning and service. Breakfast Restaurant food and staff: Very Poor Despite our request to ensure vegetarian food for breakfast there was no hot vegetarian breakfast, limited salads were veg nor were their breads without eggs available. We were informed by the staff that only a veg tea cake was available. We found two of their badlie staff at the restaurant quite rude and this is the first time I experienced a chain like Radisson’s where the chef and staff explicitly declined even cooking us a vegetarian sandwich.. this is extremely disappointing and yes did ruin our stay. The steps to pick main course breakfast was a hazard risk with wires dangling before the steps which could result in people tripping.. something that was totally ignored by the place. The restaurant experience and the staff is the reason for my rating at 3/5 instead of 5/5.

The hotel is comfortable and facilities/equipment that I used worked without problem. But during my stay there was loud, thumping music coming from somewhere - I suspect from the roof level restaurant - from around 1900 until later than 2300. The noise was loud enough to disturb sleep - I was there for work with early starts and this really spoiled the stay for me. Breakfast was the broad selection that is to be expected at this brand of hotel, and was a nice start to the day….but beware of the coffee which was indistinguishable from dishwater while I was there!
